যে কোন টিমকে সঠিক অবস্থানে নিয়ে যাওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে সবচেয়ে বড় ভূমিকা পালন করে সদস্যদের মাঝে পারস্পরিক সুসম্পর্ক। কিন্তু এবিষয়ে আমাদের মাঝে একটি ভুল রীতি চালু রয়েছে, আমরা অনেক ক্ষেত্রে কিছু কিছু সদস্যদের সাথে ভালো সম্পর্ক তৈরী করার চেষ্টা করি এবং অন্যদের নানাভাবে এড়িয়ে চলি। যার কারনে টিমওয়ার্ক ঠিক মতো সুসম্পন্ন করা সম্ভব হয় না। ফলশ্রুতিতে টিমওয়ার্ক ভেঙ্গে যায় অনেক ক্ষেত্রে।
 
Mutual relations between the members play the biggest role in getting any team to the right position. But there is a misconception among us about this, in many cases we try to build good relationships with some members and avoid others in many ways. Due to which teamwork cannot be completed properly. As a result, teamwork breaks down in many cases.
 
সুতরাং আজকের দ্বিতীয় পর্বে আমি এই বিষয়টির উপর গুরুত্বারোপ করেছি। আমরা যারা টিম ওয়ার্কের মাধ্যেমে কাজ করার ক্ষেত্রে আগ্রহী, তাদের উচিত হবে টিমে প্রতিটি সদস্যদের সাথে ভালো সম্পর্ক রাখা এবং সবাইকে সমানভাবে প্রাধান্য দেয়া। কারন সকলের সাথে ভালো সম্পর্ক টিমওয়ার্কের ভালো প্রভাব বিস্তার করতে পারে।

একদম সঠিক কথা বলেছেন। সকলের মূল্যায়ন করা উচিত। সকলের মধ্যে ভালো সুসম্পর্ক কাজকে অনেক সহজ করে দেয়। নতুন নতুন কাজে উদ্দীপনা সৃষ্টি করে। অনেক বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা ও তর্থ তুলে ধরেছেন।
