Due to this, a temporary bus stand has been built on the main road. Due to queued buses on the road, other vehicles and pedestrians face difficulty in movement. There is constant traffic jam on the road. Pedestrians and local residents have to go through the ordeal. Talking to the locals, it is known that there are two bus stands next to Netrakona town. There is Hossainpur inter-district bus stand in Netrokona city for traveling to different parts of the country including Mymensingh-Dhaka and Rajur Bazar bus stand for traveling to eastern and northern areas including Mohanganj, Kalmakanda, Barhatta. However, there is no designated bus stand for traveling in southern and eastern areas including Atpara, Kendua, Madan. A temporary bus stand has been constructed on the Netrakona-Madan road for a long time due to lack of fixed space. Passengers and people of the area have to suffer due to traffic congestion. Accidents happen often.
