Loneliness
We all know loneliness and experienced it at some point of our lives. When we feel alone or disconnected from others even if we live together in the same house. Every one of us has a story that caused this feeling to appear. Maybe a breakup, losing a loved one, not having anyone to talk to or simply moved to a new place.

Loneliness can be a very isolating and can make us feel sad, depressed, and helpless. It may even drive some of us to commit suicide. Besides, we feel that we are in the wrong world and don't belong anywhere. We keep looking for a tribe or a place that we can call home and belong to. Besides, we may feel that nobody cares about us, and we feel anxious, nervous, and stressed. We become very negative and always wait for something bad to happen. Positivity starts to fade away and negativity takes over.

For some people it can be a temporary and passes with time, while for others it can be a more persistent feeling that can affect their wellbeing. We lose interest in life, in hobbies, in people and choose to isolate ourselves. Everything would seem to be normal, and we just want to be alone, pushing everyone away. But there are reasons behind everything.

Loneliness is usually difficult to recognize because it can manifest differently in different people, and we also react to it differently. Most of us would feel sad and empty, loose appetite and can't sleep. But we need to overcome, reach out to friends and also make new friends if we don't have, join a club or group, or volunteer in our community. We can also try to connect with nature and spend enough time in green places.

To overcome it we have also to focus on selflove and self-care. This can be very difficult because we lose interest in everything even self-worth, but starting again will give us some positivity and hope. We can take care of our physical health, sleep enough, and engage in activities that we enjoy. Mindfulness and selflove can also help us feel more connected to ourselves and the world around us, and more important to the source itself. Overall, loneliness is a difficult emotion that can make us feel disconnected and isolated. But with the right strategies and support, we can overcome it and find connection and belonging in our lives.
