289. 금강소나무
금강소나무는 소나무과 상록 침엽수입니다 자생지는 태백산맥을 타고 금강산부터 울진,봉화 청송까지 자라는 키는 25미터이상 지름 1.5미터 까지 곧게 자라는 소나무죠 쓰임새나 나무결이 좋아 소나무중에 최고로 치는 아주 좋은 나무입니다

옛날에는 한양주변에도 금강송이 많이 있었지만 사람들이 남벌을 해서 점점 깊은 산속으로 들어가게 되고 한강의 수계를 이용하여 운반을 했지만 한강수계로 운반이 불가능한 봉화,울진등의 긍강송은 그래도 생명을 부지하여 최근까지도 남아 있었지요 그러나 일제강점기때 산업철도인 영주,봉화,태백을 연결 하면서부터 이들도 무차별로 벌채를 하기 시작했습니다 이렇게 잘려진 나무들이 영동선 춘양역에 모아 놓으면 철도를 이용하여 밤새 서울로 실려 왔습니다 사람들이 춘양역에서 온 나무라하여 춘양목이라고 불렀던것이죠 지금은 울진과 봉화 일부지역에 천연보호림으로 지정되어 보호를 받고 있습니다

소나무가지 마디인 송절과 송옆은 타박상,골다공증,관절염,습진,옴 유행성감기등에 효능이 있다네요 송향은 소나무에서 흘러나오는 진액을 수지,또는 송진이라고 하여 오장을 편하게 하고 열을 내리며 화농성 종기에 소염 효과가 있다고합니다 또한 꽃가루인 송화는 심페를 윤택하게 하고 기를 늘리며 풍을 제거 한다네요
