304. 산수국

산수국은 범의귀과의 낙엽관목으로 한국, 일본, 타이완의 산골짜기나 자갈밭 등에서 자랍니다. 흰색 혹은 하늘색, 붉은색 꽃이 7~8월에 피고 달걀모양의 열매는 9월에 익어갑니다 보습성이 좋은 사질양토에서 잘 자란다네요

식물이 살아 가는 것을 보면 정말 기가막히죠 산수국도 수국처럼 처음 필때 색과 자라면서 색이 변해가는 꽃입니다 꽃잎이 나오기 시작할때는 연한 녹색이나 연노랑에서 보랏빛 색을 띠다가 시간이 지남에 따라 진짜 꽃은 청보라로 가짜 꽃은 보라빛에서 흰색으로 변해갑니다 특이하게도 산수국은 벌과 나비를 유혹하기 위해 크고 화려한 가짜꽃을 만들어 진짜 꽃이 수정 할수 있도록 삐끼 역할을 합니다 말도 못하고 생각도 할수 없을것 같은 식물이지만 가짜꽃을 만들어 진짜꽃에게 도움을 주는 것을 보면 정말 감동입니다

산수국의 성분으로는 필로류신, 루핀, 사포닌, 게르마늄 등을 함유하고 있는데요 산수국은 약명으로 팔선화(八仙花)라 하며 암이나 당뇨병의 예방에 좋으며, 심장을 튼튼히 하고 혈액순환을 좋게하여 머리를 맑게 한답니다 피를 맑게하고 목과 머리를 상쾌하게 해주므로 수험생을 위한 차(이슬차, 수국차, 감로차)로도 적합합니다 산수국에는 설탕의 100배나 되는 무가당의 천연 감미와 향이 있으며, 식물성 단백질이 풍부하고 섬유질이 많은 귀한 약초입니다 항암에 좋다는 천연 게르마늄이 함유되어 있고 루틴 등의 혈관 강화 성분이 다량 함유되어 있으며 산수국에 함유된 당분은 설탕보다 월등한 단맛이 있으나 인체에 축적되지 않는 비당질 단맛으로 당뇨, 다이어트, 피부미용 등에 도 효과가 좋다네요
