Contributor's guidelines for DMusic.

There is/was no task request for this contribution. I offered to lend my abilities to the project and the project owner obliged. My request was made via an [issue](https://github.com/Dsiner/DMusic/issues/5) on Github.

#### Overview
Lately, I've engaged in creating contributor's guidelines for a lot of projects. The document is quite necessary for projects that really do need support from open source enthusiasts and contributors.  The document(contributor's guidelines) set these prospective contributors on the right path to making contributions to the project. 
DMusic is a cool music player. It could be better with the combined effort of several contributors. They'll certainly find the contributor's guidelines useful.
