#### Overview

FAQs are important documents for any project both basic and highly advanced. The simply act as an instruction manual for end users who can't find their ways around operations of the software. Phone saver is quite a simple software but some operations may not be so easy for some end users to grasp hence the need for a FAQs document. The project owner explained that the software was receiving complaints of usability problems and the FAQs document would help reduce the problems and act as an interim solution before a more critical approach is taken to ensure users can easily operate the software.

#### Actual content
The FAQs document I created contained a handful of thoughtful questions end users may ask.

These are the questions in the FAQs document I created.

- **What is Phone saver?**

 - **What are the features of Phone saver ?**

 - **What kind of shareable files can be saved using phone saver?**

 - **How can I set up and use Phone saver ?**

 - **What is the maximum number of locations I can set up on Phone saver ?**

 - **Can new directories/locations be created on Phone saver ?**

 - **Can I save multiple shared files ?**

 - **I can't see SD card directory, how can I save files to my external SD card ?**

 - **I tried saving a shared file and it couldn't save, what can I do ?**

 - **What other information is collected when I utilize phone saver ?**

 - **Do I need to pay any token or fee to use Phone saver ?**
 
 - **Is phone saver available to any other operating system ?**

 - **Where can I download Phone saver ?**

 - **I have some questions not contained in this FAQs document, how can I contact the developer ?**

The above questions make up the initial commit I made before the project made modifications to markdown text styling and reformatted the question to be more explicit.

#### Additional information
The FAQs document was created by me and was merged by the project owner after making modifications to the document. The project owner also included questions he's been asked lately probably via mail.
