Another day checked off in my goal to run 5km a day in January. Thought a lot during the run about what is the next goal that I'd like to immediately achieve, and it's got to be a sub-20 minute 5km; hopefully by doing 5km a day in January, I can build my base and make running 5km quite a comfotable feat.

It was quite tough having done the double Parkruns yesterday and my legs were aching quite a bit - I had to stop a couple of times to stretch out my left quad as it was really giving me some trouble throughout. There was also a slight niggle in my left knee for the 1st km but luckily that quickly dissappeared (as it's the knee I injured 3 months ago I was getting a little worried I'd done something to it).

*For some reason my watch has massively understated my HR for my past two runs, normally would probably be around 170 for an effort like this*
