To me, it is Monday mornings that excite me the most, because it´s when I get to play volleyball for 2+ hours with every aspect being great. I already can't wait for tomorrow morning, I pass the entire week waiting for this moment, over and over again...

You don't know it yet but we're twins. Love your content. I have 4 different journals in which I write in on a regular basis. Gratitude journal. Reframing journal. Ego journal (where I write the instances during which I noticed that my ego took control over my actions) and finally I have the things that made me proud of myself journal.
