Finding the openess and curiosity over the strain.
Being overworked, overwhelmed, stressed, wishing for help...used to build the paranoia like people are against you yet the truth is they really don't care. Or they do care but don't know how to care. Difficult not having appropriate social networks or friends in the past. It is getting better these days somewhat. Got freaked by anti-social behavior of friends..then you feel really alone...cause almost everyone you know seems like they are not taking life serious.

What keeps me in check is the tangible. Gardening, reading, art crafts. Knowing I have life separate from work and separate from the hype. It's a busy day today. So have to go now again to work. Wanted to unload and share just a couple thoughts this morning. I want to say more.
