# I am in the middle of the most ridiculous email exchange Harmon/JBL has ever encountered. I am positive of it.

If you've been following me, you know I am wild when it comes to writing. I cannot control what my heart wants to say (*it's better that way anyway, am  I right?*)

One day, I was staring at my broken JBL speaker and I thought *"Nah, 'F' this. I spent a lot of money on that piece of plastic for it to work longer than 2 months"*... so, I wrote into customer service. 

### I didn't expect to write what I did when I wrote it... but it just spilled itself all over the keys of my laptop and when I read it, I laughed at my own drama and pressed send. 

Thinking this was too ridiculous not to share, I posted it here and you guys laughed it all off with me, making the pain and misery, somehow seem to fade into the fun we were having. 

However, I really wanted a retort! I wanted some fun banter and *KATE*, the respondent that keeps emailing me back, isn't any fun and my interest is dwindling. Let me just share with you what I got back today:

There is no chance this is coming from a human you guys! How could you read [my email](https://steemit.com/funny/@heart-to-heart/update-i-got-a-response-from-jbl-re-let-s-send-a-ridiculous-email-to-electronics-company-for-breaking-my-heart) and reply something so void of human emotion. At least have a laugh, Kate!

I have spent so much time grueling over this... I should have just wrote JK Rowling at this point and asked for a spell. I think that would have worked out better for me. Maybe the one Hermione used to fix Harry's glasses... 

Maybe I needed to someone like Jim Carey, you know, just for some creative fun about the funeral I am having for my speaker. I bet ya, he would laugh. 

Not Kate though. :(

OK, you caught me... 

I am usually a happy, go-lucky, energizer bunny spreading love and sunshine through inspirational rainbows ;) But not when it comes to companies making garbage like this, that makes my heart not so happy but finding humor in these kinds of things helps make everything feel better, don't you think?

I seriously cried over this speaker haha, I saved up for that black piece of plastic *sitting in the grave there in the picture*, and I honestly bought it as a luxury treat for myself thinking, *"hey everyone needs a little music in their life, it's an investment in my future!"* ... I didn't know that future was going to be less than two months -_- 

*Doom and gloom!* 

However in the spirit of funerals, let's talk about the positives and give way for the light that came from my short but wonderful time with Jay Bee Elle (*never to be forgotten!*)

So, Miss Kate, I don't think you do know what the speaker means to me or else you guys would have made it a little bit more sturdy so as to not be another piece of garbage in a landfill somewhere after such a short relationship with the most careful, loving person out there... it was the smallest of falls! Come'onnn! It's supposed to be built like a brick! It's waterproof for goodness sake! 

I am so so so anxiety filled when it comes to electronics because I travel around so much... I take extra care and I really feel bad for the 100's of people out there that are probably running into this problem too... Harmon's probably just out taking names and breaking hearts...  If you or anyone you know out there is facing the same pain I am, I would be happy to start a "Harmon Broke My Heart" support club. You just let me know.

### Ahhhh... OK, my rant against the big corp is complete. Sorry about that guys. WHEWWW-EE it feels good to get it off my chest ;)

I didn't email Kate back because I don't like her attitude and momma said *"if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."* 

Unfortunately, I have no reason to be in Hong Kong as dear Kate suggests, anytime soon but I guess I'll keep that idea open to try to revive dear Jay Bee Elle from the premature coma it's now trapped in. 

### If you think I should continue this with our friend Kate, let me know. If you have any other out of the box suggestions, I am also open to those! 
Otherwise, I will just have to put all this to rest and stop dragging up all the pain it's causing me. I'll be right back on cue for inspiring, uplifting, love-filled posts tomorrow =D
