The theme this week is Tomatoes.

Tomatoes is one of my favourites food. So I'm going to share a few of my favourite recipes.

Basic ingredients are flour, salt, water and seasoning(anything you like).

First step would be to wash the tomatoes clean 😅

**An addition for @gertu ask then I realized that I forgot to mention which tomatoes I use.
For both this recipes I use rippen tomatoes, I never tried it with green tomatoes so I'm not sure if the recipes is going to work the same for green tomatoes. I usually use green tomatoes for a soup because it's a bit sour and I like soury tomatoes soup more.**


# Deep fried tomatoes.
- Cut into thin slices.
- Mix the flour together will all the basic ingredients I mentioned above. Not to thick but not to watery. (You also can change the flour to chicken eggs if you like too) 
- Dip the sliced tomatoes one by one into the mixture and deep fried it in preheat cooking oil with low temperature so that it won't burn. 
- Done and You can eat it with bread or rice.

# Juicy tomatoes.
- Cut into small pieces. Save the juices.
- Fry the onion, garlic and ginger until it turns golden brown.
- You can put in meat, squid,  fish slices without the bones, mushrooms, minced chicken or you can skip this step. 
- After it all almost cook, you can put in the tomatoes amd all it juices and wait a little  bit more until it becomes like a thick soup. 
- Done. 

I guess two recipe for now.  I've reach the 200 words 🤣🤣🤣

Hello, welcome to the contest. I like your post, those tomatoes are beautiful. But the fried tomato recipe, are they with ripe or green tomatoes? or maybe with both you can do it. ' I never ate them fried.

I only tried it with rippen tomatoes. I'm not sure how it tastes with green one. Green one usually I use for a soup. I forgot to mention that.

I never deep fried tomatoes and wonder what "low temperature" stands for. 
In most cases deep frying is between 160-180°C and it will not get burned easily. French fries for example will still take 10-20 minutes. 

What happens with the fluid/juice in the tomatoes if you fry them? Water and oil is a dangerous combination.

I wonder how fat it will turn out to be but I will try this out once. 
Your dough is the basis of bread or pancakes... I wonder why eating it with bread?

This recipes doesn't took long. Less than 5 minutes.

**What happens with the fluid/juice in the tomatoes if you fry them?**
The oil will jump out. That is why I preheat the oil and lowered the gas until as low as it can be before putting the tomatoes in. That is also why I mixed it with the flour mixture to reduce the risk of oil jumping out. 
I'm not good explaining it with words. Next time I took pictures  or video.
