La protesta social siempre ocasionará una revolución de emociones. Fotografiar una obra de teatro donde se muevan mucho las emociones es adrenalina pura. La realidad proyectada en el escenario es palpable, una energía que es difícil dejarla pasar dentro de sí; se crean las imágenes casi que en automático. Estos temas, sea como se presenten, de una forma u otra, desdoblan la mente de cualquiera, introduciéndolos en una profunda reflexión. Ver como los actores expresan todas sus emociones, viviendo esa realidad que, posiblemente, no les pertenece, pero la encarnan para poder transmitir un mensaje, es simplemente glorioso y admirable.

Capturar cada momento de la obra en esas circunstancias es un desafío que estimula mucho, haciéndose uno con la cámara, para plasmar toda la intensidad y la pasión de la trama, y así, convertirse en un fotógrafo testigo de esa realidad actuada. El arte conjuga muchos elementos que, bien cuidados y empleados, permiten que se destaquen los momentos más poderosos del mensaje; de esta manera se capta la atención al espectador de manera eficaz. Los recursos que se utilizan deben estar justificados, así se le saca mucho provecho y se ponen a favor de la trama.

La colorización y el uso del humo artificial en la obra considero que fueron muy acertadas. Me pareció genial ver como se creaba profundidad entre el juego de luz y la oscuridad, añadiendo drama a la escena, por supuesto, los gestos de los actores son fundamentales para resaltar la cruda realidad y atmósfera que involucra una protesta. La experiencia en este tipo de fotografías me ha permitido a intuir los momentos claves de la escena, accionando el obturador de manera instintiva en muchas ocasiones.

I thought it was great to see how depth was created between the play of light and darkness, adding drama to the scene, of course, the gestures of the actors are essential to highlight the harsh reality and atmosphere that involves a protest. Conectar con lo que se fotografía es vital para capturar los momentos de la mejor manera posible y así poder transmitir el mensaje de la manera más adecuada de manera visual. En mi perspectiva, me agrada hacer un registro fotográfico que muestre el discurso visual de la obra. Esta obra dejó muy claro porque se lucha por justicia y dignidad. Este grupo teatral  ha mostrado su solidaridad con todas aquellas personas que se resisten ante las injusticias sociales.

In my perspective, I like to make a photographic record that shows the visual discourse of the work. This play made it very clear why we fight for justice and dignity. This theater group has shown its solidarity with all those people who resist social injustices._

El registro fotográfico lo realicé en Duitama, Boyacá-Colombia, en la Sala del Grillo de Atabanza. Las fotos se realizaron con una Canon 700D y editadas en Adobe Lightroom.
