|<center>Para tener una buena postura tienes que hacer una activacion escapular la cual la podemos hacer explicandola de una forma coloquial empujando los brazos hacia fuera, en este caso empujando el suelo o paralelas y a la vez apretando nuestro dorsales para pasar a hacer una depresion escapular que seria retraer nuestro dorsales hacia abajo para asi tener un mejor tranque, luego de estos dos pasos tendremos una postura en la parte superior y en la inferior buscaremos hacer una retroversion pelvica que pasaria basicamente a meter la pelvis a la vez que apretamos nuestro abdomen.</center>|<center>To have a good posture you have to make a scapular activation which we can explain it in a colloquial way pushing the arms out, in this case pushing the floor or parallel and at the same time squeezing our dorsal to go to make a scapular depression that would be to retract our dorsal down to have a better lock, after these two steps we will have a posture at the top and at the bottom we seek to make a pelvic retroversion that would basically go to put the pelvis while we tighten our abdomen.</center>|

|<center>Para la lean planche buscaremos enfocarnos en hacer lo antes dicho pero tambien concentrarnos en empujar el suelo lo maximo posible para ganar mas fuerza en los grupos musculares utilizado para este y mas fuerza en segundos, este ejercicio es necesario para cualquier plancha o para seguir ganando fuerza en plancha.</center>|<center>For the lean planche we will look to focus on doing the above but also concentrate on pushing the floor as much as possible to gain more strength in the muscle groups used for this and more strength in seconds, this exercise is necessary for any planche or to continue gaining strength in planche.</center>|

|<center>Para las activaciones escapulares buscaremos desactivar y activar la escapula, buscaremos empujar y luego dejar de empujar para desactivar, aca haremos esto las veces que sintamos que sean necesario ya sea 10 o 8 veces,tambien para que comprendan como se siente el estar sin la postura y como montarla si en algun momento llegan a perderla en algun combo.</center>|<center>For the scapular activations we will look to deactivate and activate the scapula, we will look to push and then stop pushing to deactivate, here we will do this as many times as we feel it is necessary either 10 or 8 times, also so they understand how it feels to be without the posture and how to mount it if at some point they lose it in some combo.</center>|

|<center>Con honestidad no se el nombre de este ejercicio, sin embargo si se para que funciona, este ejercicion os ayudara mucho ya que escapularmente hay musculos muy pequeños que nos ayudan mucho en la plancha pero que no trabajamos y este ejercicio es el adecuado para estos, hay dos formas de hacerlo tanto con las pesas, como en la pared como lo muestro en el video.</center>|<center>Honestly I do not know the name of this exercise, however I do know what it works for, this exercise will help you a lot because scapularly there are very small muscles that help us a lot in the plank but we do not work and this exercise is suitable for these, there are two ways to do it both with weights, and on the wall as I show in the video.</center>|

|<center>Este ejercicio es opcional pero a mi parecer lo recomiendo muchisimo debido a que lo mas dificil de la full planche con buena postura es la retroversion pelvica y nunca nadie sabe como entrenarla, entonces recurrido a hacerla asistida, trabajar esta parte como si fuera un ejercicio en vez de simplemente intentarla como hacen todos, aqui buscaremos solamente meter lo maximo posible y luego desactivar, les recomiendo que con cada uno de los ejercicio se graben para que vean que hacen mal  y que hacen bien.</center>|<center>This exercise is optional but in my opinion I highly recommend it because the most difficult part of the full planche with good posture is the pelvic retroversion and no one ever knows how to train it, then resorted to make it assisted, work this part as if it were an exercise instead of just try it as everyone does, here we will seek only to get as much as possible and then disable, I recommend that with each of the exercises are recorded to see that they do wrong and do well.</center>
