|<center>Pues fue algo nuevo para mi, tenia mucho tiempo sin entrenar en un gym y mucho menos teniendo la instrucción de alguien, me gusta mucho lo que es cargar peso y como se trabaja en el gym obviamente tambien me gusta combinarlo con la calistenia pero el echo de poder pulir mis conocimiento sobre esta diciplinar para poder combinarla con la mia fue una experiencia unica, tambien por el reforzamiento y fuerza que me dara esto a la hora de hacer los trucos y mejorar en una forma competitiva y como atleta, fue un gusto y muy bueno la experiencia de entrenar con @raumijares.</center>|<center>Well it was something new for me, I had a long time without training in a gym and much less having the instruction of someone, I really like what it is to carry weight and how to work in the gym obviously I also like to combine it with calisthenics but the fact of being able to polish my knowledge about this diciplinar to combine it with mine was a unique experience, also for the reinforcement and strength that will give me this when doing the tricks and improve in a competitive way and as an athlete, it was a pleasure and very good experience of training with @raumijares.</center>|

|<center>Comenzamos con el press de banca, este ejercicio trabaja lo que es el pectoral mayor, el deltoide anterior, pectoral menor, serrato, el triceps braquial y el coracobraquial, este es un excelente ejercicio cuando sea dia de pecho y tambien te ayuda a mejorar la fuerza de empuje</center>|<center>We start with the bench press, this exercise works the pectoralis major, anterior deltoid, pectoralis minor, serratus, triceps brachii and coracobrachialis, this is an excellent exercise when it is chest day and also helps you to improve the strength of thrust.</center>|

|<center>la polea alta es un ejercicio que recomiendo muchisimo, no saben como senti que aisle el triceps y el tiempo bajo tension en el que se mantenian, tambien en este ejercicio podemos trabajar lo que es el dorsal, los deltoides, el biceps indirectamente y la espalda baja.</center>|<center>The high pulley is an exercise that I highly recommend, do not know how I feel that isolate the triceps and the time under tension in which they were maintained, also in this exercise we can work what is the back, deltoids, biceps indirectly and lower back.</center>|

|<center>Este ejercicio me costo mucho porque tienes que hacer una fuerza de empuje hacia arriba tambien necesitas equilibrar el peso para que no se vaya de lado, es decir tienes que hacer dos tipos de fuerza, este ejercicio me gusto mucho y aqui trabajamos lo que es el pectoral mayor, los deltoides, el serrato, el pectoral menor y casi todos los musculos que se trabajan con el press de banca tradicional</center>|<center>Este ejercicio me costo mucho porque tienes que hacer una fuerza de empuje hacia arriba tambien necesitas equilibrar el peso para que no se vaya de lado, es decir tienes que hacer dos tipos de fuerza, este ejercicio me gusto mucho y aqui trabajamos lo que es el pectoral mayor, los deltoides, el serrato, el pectoral menor y casi todos los musculos que se trabajan con el press de banca tradicional</center>|

|<center>Terminamos con uno de mis favoritos, el martillo en este ejercicio trabajamos lo que es el biceps braquial al igual que los antebrazos, este ejercicio es buenisimo para aislar esa zona y para ganar aun mas fuerza de lo normal.</center>|<center>We finish with one of my favorites, the hammer in this exercise we work what is the biceps brachii as well as the forearms, this exercise is great to isolate that area and to gain even more strength than normal.</center>
