today I  introduce the dish -----Bacon Roll with Enoki Mushroom  to  you . wish you like it .

Enoki mushroom contains richful  amino acid , is higher than general mushrooms, especially high lysine  and lysine has the function of promoting children's mental development.
It contains a kind of material that has very good anti-cancer effect. It is a kind of delicious food and good health food. It is of benefit to  lossing weight , improving body immunity, relieving fatigue .

the recipe is very simple ,but need to cost a little your physical power .because roll it up one by one by hand . regard it as exercising.


# Ingredients:

 enoki mushroom , bacon,toothpick

# the process:

1 、wash the enoki mushroom and dry it .place it in a dish.
2 、cut the bacon  into many small  pieces .
3、 put a handful of enoki mushroom at the side of bacon,then begin to roll the enoki mushroom from one side. fix it with toothpick. one by one.

4、 put the finished bacon roll with enoki mushroom  on a roasting rack in a shallow roasting pan.
5、 cook it at 180 degree for about 10 minutes .

For the bacon is sufficiently salty ,I didn't add anything to it .
Of course,if you haven't bacon at hand , it's okay to substitute pork and beef for bacon as long as you salt the meat in advance.

原料： 金针菇，培根

做法：
 1、金针菇清洗干净，沥干水分，装盘待用。
 2、培根切成若干小段
 3、金针菇放入培根卷一边，卷起，用牙签固定好。依次做完其他的。
 4、把做好的金针菇培根卷放入烤盘上，烤箱预热180度，烤10分钟即可。

由于培根已经很咸了，所以这道菜不用添加任何调味品了。
当然，如果手头没有培根，也可以用猪肉卷或者牛肉卷也是可以的。肉提前腌制好，一样美味的。
