Alcanzando Objetivos

<div class"text-justify">Hola a todos en la comunidad, hace unos meses atrás escribí sobre un caso de un niño con mordida profunda posterior, donde el niño ocluye de forma inversa, llevando la mandíbula hacia adelante, los incisivos inferiores articulan delante de los superiores.

Se le indico la utilización de un aparato de ortopedia que consiste en una pista Inclinada de acrílico cementada sobre los inferiores que actúa de manera tal que la cerrar estimulaba a que los incisivos resbalaran sobre la pista llevándolos hacia delante.

Después de 3 meses los resultados son asombrosos como en tan poco tiempo hemos logrado no solo desplazar los incisivos superiores hacia delante sino un cambio en el desarrollo maxilar del paciente.

Se decide, quitar el aparato por que ya se logró un engranaje esperados articulando de forma ideal.

Se coloca en observación por los siguientes 20 días si el paciente conserva esta mordida ya no habrá retroceso, pero si de repente por  costumbre o hábito el paciente tiende a volver a colocar los dientes a la inversa, en ese caso se vuelve a cementar el plano inclinado de nuevo.

#

Este caso es muy interesante y el progreso tan rápido que ha tenido el paciente por eso es importante hacerlo a tiempo.

En este caso los padres juegan un papel muy importante por que son los que observan los que detallan cualquier hábito y anomalía que entre en algo no normal, al percatarse de cualquier problema ir de inmediato al especialista y allí se puede evitar males mayores.
