<div class"text-justify">Cuando una persona se sienta que están ofendiendo, faltando respeto o pasándole por encima existen dos tipos de reacciones una de ellas es dejar que todo pase fluya y hacer como que si nada estuviera pasando así por dentro yo me sienta muy mal la otra es expresar de manera muy contundente clara y precisa lo que no te está gustando de la situación y colocando tus puntos de vista respetando el espacio de los demás y el tuyo propio.

Tampoco es defender posiciones por capricho hay que tener base argumentos de mucho peso para defender tu punto de vista no podemos defender cosas en base impulsos apreciaciones algo subjetivo tiene que ser algo que de verdad tenga bases para defenderse por ejemplo cuando te asignan tareas de más en tu trabajo cuando sientes que alguien te está atropellando de manera constante entonces en ese tipo de situaciones tú defiendes tu posición con tus argumentos con tus bases para lograr así el entendimiento.

Yo hacía lo segundo dejaba que las cosas pasaran no me hacía la loca me hacía la te has entendido pero en el fondo tenía atragantado todo lo que quería decir para defender mi posición, pero al no expresarlo quedaba con el resentimiento que era aumentado con el tiempo por que hasta que tú no hables las situaciones se repiten y acumulas así era yo hace unos cuantos años, tenido muchas cosas dentro por que guardaba demasiado.

Pero aprendí a no guardarme nada a decir o expresar lo que sienta, no por cualquier tontería sino por algo que de verdad me este causando algún problema o me este afectando en mis labores, por supuesto he logrado poder controlar mi mal genio, buscar tener bien claro mis argumentos para poder defender mi posición, sobretodo no permitir que me irrespeten, eso es lo que más me molesta y sobretodo que me subestimen.

Así que ha sido un proceso donde he tenido que dominar mis sentimientos, dominar mi expresión corporal, por que al principio me ponía nerviosa, tanto que a veces perdía mis argumentos por que me ponía nerviosa hasta que logré hacerlo con tranquilidad, convicción y sin dar un paso atrás, por que también tenía la costumbre de ceder mi posición, para evitar problemas, pero no es la solución por que al final quedamos en lo mismo

Porque siempre fue una persona que no tenía necesidad de defender mi puesto o mi punto porque sentía que la persona que estaba a mi lado me respaldaba y que no tenía necesidad de aprender pero cuando llegó el momento de que esa persona que me respaldaba me atacaba a mí y me respetaba a mí y yo no sabía Cómo enfrentarme y cómo mantener mi posición fue que tuve que aprender definitivamente uno no puede dejar de ser uno mismo por dejar pasar situaciones que a la larga te hacen daño y te dañan el autoestima.

Pienso que nosotros debemos desarrollarnos y aprender este tipo de técnicas estando solos y siendo muy jóvenes porque es la forma de crear nuestra personalidad y nuestro criterio de esa manera nadie que intente consciente o inconscientemente de despertarte o de pasarte por encima le quede más ganas de hacerlo pero con mucha calma con mucha inteligencia con mucha diplomacia se dicen las cosas de manera de que el mensaje llegue ahora si la persona no lo entiende pues ahí hay que hacer un poquito más directo y eso sí lo he aprendido muy bien.

Lo importante es tener muy claro lo que somos lo que valemos y no permitir que personas extrañas tengan o se sientan con el derecho y la autoridad de menospreciarte y de atacarte todo esto no es egoísmo, es seguir cultivando tu amor propio.</div>
