Pues algo que me gusta mucho y que es un gasto innecesario pero que me mantiene entretenida además de que ayuda mucho a la oxigenación cerebral además de que puedo pasar horas en la mesa armando lo que es una imagen por que lo que me gusta es armar rompecabezas, de 500 piezas en adelante en este momento estoy armando uno de 1000 piezas se un paisaje que es una plaza en Barcelona.

Siempre me ha apasionado hacer esta actividad por que me ayuda a tener la mente ocupada en ver cómo coloca cada pieza, hay estudios que indican que hacer esto ayuda a evitar el Alzheimer, está indicado en personas que tengan algún tipo de tendencia hacia esta enfermedad, así como hacer crucigramas, sudoku esto es gimnasia cerebral en la mejor forma.

De donde viene este gusto por los rompecabezas, cuando era niña, mi abuelo armaba rompecabezas super grandes de hecho varios de ellos estaban enmarcados en la pared de mi casa, cuando mi abuelo murió estaba haciendo un rompecabezas, que quedo a medias lástima que se perdió en medio de la situación, creo que heredé de el este gusto por hacer rompecabezas, se verdad me encantan, da la casualidad que en mi trabajo estamos armando uno.

Acá en Bogotá no había tenido la oportunidad de comprar uno al menos pequeño no tenía espacio, para poder armarlo pero ya estando en otras condiciones pues compré uno y lo estoy armando en la clínica por que mi amiga también tienen este hobby, aquí estamos armando este hermoso paisaje, a mi particularmente me relaja, me distrae mucho esta actividad.

Creo que es algo que heredé, este lo compre hace 2 semanas y es ahora que me estoy dedicando a armarlo, creo que esto te desarrolla la paciencia, la constancia, la lógica, es uno de los juegos más didácticos que hay, te ayuda mucho y comoe gusta tanto hice un gasto ye compré uno de varios que tengo a la vista.

Así que no importa si es un gasto innecesario es algo que compraría sin ningún remordimiento, por esta razón me encanta, dependiendo de la cantidad de piezas puedes pasar varios días para terminar, a veces hasta meses por que te cansas lo dejas un rato y regresas después de un tiempo con el cerebro más despejado para continuar, es como una terapia, ayuda mucho.

Well something that I like a lot and that is an unnecessary expense but that keeps me entertained plus it helps a lot to brain oxygenation plus I can spend hours at the table putting together what is an image because what I like is to assemble puzzles, 500 pieces and up at the moment I'm putting together one of 1000 pieces is a landscape that is a square in Barcelona.

I have always been passionate about doing this activity because it helps me to keep my mind busy to see how to place each piece, there are studies that indicate that doing this helps prevent Alzheimer's, it is indicated for people who have some kind of tendency towards this disease, as well as doing crossword puzzles, sudoku, this is brain gymnastics in the best way.

Where does this taste for puzzles come from, when I was a child, my grandfather used to make super big puzzles, in fact several of them were framed on the wall of my house, when my grandfather died he was making a puzzle, which was only half done, too bad it was lost in the middle of the situation, I think I inherited from him this taste for making puzzles, I really love them, it so happens that at my work we are putting one together.

Here in Bogotá I had not had the opportunity to buy one at least small did not have space, to be able to assemble it but already being in other conditions because I bought one and I'm putting it together in the clinic because my friend also have this hobby, here we are putting together this beautiful landscape, to me particularly relaxes me, it distracts me a lot this activity.

I think it is something I inherited, I bought this one 2 weeks ago and it is now that I am putting it together, I think this develops patience, constancy, logic, it is one of the most didactic games there is, it helps you a lot and as I like it so much I made an expense and bought one of several that I have in sight.

So no matter if it is an unnecessary expense is something I would buy without any remorse, for this reason I love it, depending on the amount of pieces you can spend several days to finish, sometimes even months because you get tired you leave it for a while and come back after a while with a clearer brain to continue, it's like a therapy, it helps a lot.
