<div class"text-justify">Llevo 3 años en #hive y muchas personas me preguntan: Cómo hago para iniciar, que debo escribir, de dónde saco las ideas, todo esto a veces no lo puedes responder de una, en ocasiones vamos descubriendo a medida que avanzamos, pero lo importante es que esto es para quienes estamos comprometidos, no solo por ganar recompensas sino por crecer, avanzar y crear tu espacio dentro de #hive.

Lo primero que les aclaro que aquí hay que tomar las reglas muy enserio, segundo trata de publicar sobre algo en lo que tienes conocimiento, o donde eres profesional, tercero mira los blog de los hivers que tienen tiempo, cuarto ante cualquier duda pregunta, no te quedes con la duda o pienses que lo sabes todo podrías cometer errores muy graves.

En mi experiencia, tuve grandes apoyos no les niego que editaba en un principio varias veces las publicaciones, por que olvidaba una cosa, pero lo más importante es escuchar las sugerencias de los usuarios más experimentados, pero ojo tu blog es tuyo y tu públicas lo que quieras, sólo que si quieres tener éxito, toma en cuenta los tips que puedas encontrar.

En realidad luego de tu primera publicación donde te presentas puedes dar alguna pista de lo que veremos luego en tus próximas publicaciones.

Lo más importante es que se dejen orientar, en ocasiones uno invita a una persona, le orientas, le explicas pero al final hacen lo que quieren, cometen errores y empiezan hablar mal de la plataforma, pero es que piensan que es sencillo o fácil y nada en esta vida es fácil, todo conlleva un trabajo donde pone a prueba tu ingenio.

De entrada les digo esto no es publicar cualquier cosa y listo, hay que hacer comunidad esto es una red social a veces lo olvidamos, donde dependemos de otros para las recompensas y para promocionar.

Siento que la web3 no es para todo el mundo, el hecho es que tienes que ser original, innovador, creador, ponerle corazón no es un trabajo de un día es un trabajo de constancia, de disciplina, si me preguntas a mi te diría, si te vas a comprometer, entra si solo vienes por las recompensas déjame decirte que no es tan fácil, debes estar claro que debes empezar a destacarte, a crear contenido que llame la atención de tus lectores y por consiguiente de los curadores, eso no sucede de un día para otro, en esto hay que ser complentamente claro con las personas que desean entrar en #hive.

Por ser así de clara es que muchas personas que me llegan para que les ayude a crear una cuenta, terminan no haciéndolo, incluso mi propia familia, por que para mí #hive vale mucho y no es para cualquiera, sino vienes a darle el puesto que se merece pues es mejor que no entres, a veces me dicen que parezco que pertenezco a una secta jajajaja no es así, pero si es un estilo de vida.

Mis recomendación, cumplir con todas las normas, si quieres tener resultados en recompensas se constante e interactúa más que todo comentando allí te das a conocer y trayendo valor a la cadena con contenido creativo, #hive se presta para poder descargar todas esas ideas que tienes en tu cabeza, y por nada del mundo se te ocurra copiar algún contenido es la falta más grande, seguir las normas de las comunidades y respetar a todos los que conformamos la gran familia #hive.

Es  básicamente lo que le diría a un usuario nuevo, no tengo gran pedagogía ni el tiempo para dedicarme a explicar todo en mi experiencia cuando comencé fue mucho ensayo y error, pero tuve a mi lado grandes usuarios que me orientaba, me regañaban para que hiciera las cosas bien eso sí con mucho tacto para no herir suceptibilidades, por que hay que saber decir las cosas.

En resumen mis recomendaciones siempre van de la mano de ser completamente claro del compromiso, de hacer las cosas bien tanto de mi parte como de parte del que inicia, dejarle en claro que somos una comunidad no podemos trabajar de manera aislada, que el ser creativo es un plus que vas adquiriendo, aprende de los que tienen más tiempo y no por nada del mundo copies a nadie, se auténtico y las recompensas llegan....ten expectativas pero haciendo el trabajo bien y que más te puedo decir que
