<div class"text-justify">Hola a toda la comunidad, llegó un paciente a la consulta refiriendo que no podía comer por que tenía los dientes flojos, al examen clínico se observa,  por ausencia de muchos dientes, cambio en su mordida a una mordida traumática, donde los dientes inferiores desplazan a los superiores provocando pérdida de los tejidos de soporte lo que trae como consecuencia la movilidad del diente y su posterior pérdida.

>Hello to all the community, a patient arrived at the consultation referring that he could not eat because he had loose teeth, at the clinical examination it is observed, by absence of many teeth, change in his bite to a traumatic bite, where the inferior teeth displace the superior ones causing loss of the support tissues which brings as consequence the mobility of the tooth and its later loss.

Al paciente se le indico exodoncias de los dientes con movilidad grado IV, debido a esta mordida el pacientes perdió la dimensión vertical, es decir, el perfil, se tomaran luego de la cicatrización impresiones con alginato para realizar modelos de estudio y allí elaborar el diseño de una prótesis que le permita funcionalidad.

>The patient was indicated exodontia of the teeth with mobility grade IV, due to this bite the patient lost the vertical dimension, ie the profile, impressions were taken after healing with alginate to make study models and there to develop the design of a prosthesis that allows functionality.

Se trata de un paciente masculino de 62 años, al que le realizaremos exodoncias múltiples en una sola sesión, se aplica anestesia infiltrativa con carpule de lidocaína al 2%, luego de esperar el efecto anestésico, para comenzamos la sindemóstomia aunque por la movilidad es mucho más sencilla.

>This is a 62-year-old male patient, who will undergo multiple exodontia in a single session. Infiltrative anesthesia with 2% lidocaine carpule is applied, after waiting for the anesthetic effect, to start the syndemostomy although it is much simpler due to its mobility.

Tomamos el fórceps # 150 y con  movimientos de tracción y giro, por ser uniradiculares despega lo que queda de tejido de soporte y se realiza la extracción, así hacemos con cada uno de los dientes indicados, para finalizar, se curetea y lava con solusión fisiológica los alveolos y se hace compresión con una gasa que mantendrá en boca por 20 como tapón hemostático.

>We take the forceps # 150 and with movements of traction and rotation for being uniradicular detaches what is left of support tissue and the extraction is done, so we do with each of the teeth indicated, to finish is curettage and wash with physiological solusion the alveoli and compression is done with a gauze that will keep in the mouth by 20 as a stopper hemostatic.

Para evitar cualquier infección post operatoria, se le indica antibiótico y analgésicos por 7 días, además de los cuidados para una buena cicatrización, como: no exponerse al sol, no hacer buches, dieta blanda, ingerir bebidas frías, dormir semi sentado, no cocinar, realizar la higiene oral con cuidado, siguiendo estas sencillas recomendaciones no habrá ningún tipo de complicaciones y podemos seguir con la rehabilitación total del paciente.

>To avoid any post-operative infection, antibiotics and painkillers are indicated for 7 days, in addition to care for good healing, such as not being exposed to the sun, no swallowing, a soft diet, cold drinks, sleeping semi-sitting, no cooking, and careful oral hygiene. Following these simple recommendations, there will be no complications and we can continue with the patient's total rehabilitation.
