<div class"text-justify">A muchas personas les pasa que luego de tener alguna ruptura, separación o divorcio les cuesta comenzar una nueva relación, pasan lo que denominamos el luto por la relación perdida, aunque el corazón te pide que quiere volver a sentir esa sensación de amar y confíar de nuevo.

Surge en nuestro entorno un aura de atracción, allí nos damos cuenta que estamos preparados para el siguiente paso, no es por vengarte de tu antigua pareja, es más por tener un nuevo comienzo, una nueva oportunidad.

Algunos comenzamos por tener algunas relaciones a distancia pero se puede decir que es complicado por que allí solo muestra cada quien lo que esté dispuesto a mostrar, algunas han tenido finales felices, otras solo relaciones ocasionales, otras te hacen creer un mundo imaginario, otras simplemente quieren compañía y amistad, otras son solo engaños.

Nada supera al contacto, al enamoramiento face to face, al filtreo, al galanteo tenía mucho tiempo sin experimentar esas situaciones, el piropo, las miradas, la atención, no es lo mismo tenerlo a distancia, de esta forma se afianzan el contacto por que además puedes mirar a los ojos a la persona, sus expresiones, el tono de voz la forma de gesticular y hablar, eso provoca muchas emociones que hacerlo a distancia.

Volviendo al tema volver al ruedo en una nueva relación amorosa nos produce mucho temor por lo tanto en ocasiones nos desbocamos, sin pensar y nos hace la daño, cada quien a su ritmo, pensamos que el tiempo se nos acaba el tiempo o que estamos tan ansiosos que no ponemos reglas y pues todo se pierde.

A pesar de que los sentimientos pueden estar incontrolables hay que tener un poco de calma, para hablar de lo que se espera, si es una relación ocasional o una relación con compromiso, pero eso hay que dejarlo claro desde el principio, para así saber que esperar.

Muchos de nosotros a una edad madura, después de tantas experiencias vividas nos estamos buscando el amor sino compañía, amistad, diversión o sexo, pero cuando menos lo espera toca a tu puerta esa persona que deseaste que apareciera.

#

En este punto hay varias cosas que debes tomar en cuenta, hay que estar atent@ a los detalles sutiles que el universo te indica, observar bien, no te dejes llevar por la primera impresión, dejar que la relación fluya  sin presión ni ansiedad, apresurar las cosas no es una buena idea, lo que si puedes hacer es tomar la iniciativa pero de forma delicada.

En ocasiones puedes emprender la huida por temor a salir lastimada, o estás tan acostumbrado a estar solo que dejas pasar la oportunidad, llegar acuerdos ayuda mucho a comenzar relaciones con buen pie, no dejar nada por sentado o explícito, ser sinceros desde el primer momento ahorrará muchos malos entendidos y fortalecerá los lazos de la relación.

En mi caso estoy experimentando un nuevo comienzo, con una madurez que me asombra tal vez por que la contraparte, que fue quien me saco de mi zona de confort, encontró también lo que buscaba, en poco tiempo son fuimos fortaleciendo pero eso sí con los puntos muy claros en cuanto a lo que cada uno quería de la relación, ese punto es lo que nos ha favorecido para entender lo que queremos, hacía donde vamos.

No estamos dispuesto a perder el tiempo, pero si aprovechar cada instante para compartir, no somos pareja somos equipo allí cambio todo lo que pensaba, eso va más allá, es contar con el otro, es estar pendiente de las necesidades del otro, es apoyar al otro, es ver qué es lo mejor para solucionar lo que se presente sin que afecte a nadie y lo más importante estar en los planes del otro, en su visión, en sus proyectos, en su vida, es allí donde te das cuenta que te valoran y no te quieren para un rato.

#

Hay que tener mucho cuidado en esto, por que si no estás atento puedes estar dejando pasar tu mejor relación, la más madura, la que te da estabilidad, amor, alegría de una manera inteligente, donde te respeten, valoran y sobretodo puedes ser tú misma, eso se llama aceptación, tolerancia y respeto.

No todo es aburrido hay mucha pasión, puede haber mucho sexo y con eso complementas, toda persona tiene un pasado que lo ha marcado lo importante es no quedarse allí es comprender que todo eso que paso fue doloroso pero te preparó para este momento, te enseñó muchas cosas y te dio la oportunidad de experimentar, con todo ese conocimiento llegaste a este punto donde puedes tener una relación más sana, coherente, sincera, apasionada, que va a llenar tu vida de mucho color.</div>
