Greetings to all the awesome family in the platform! we're a new project within the Steemit called @swimproject, we are a team founded by helpienaut  @ilazramusic with love, passion and faith for the STEEM Blockchain to help all of you  as a <b>quality content creator</b> school.

## <center>Our mission</center>

We want to rise up the level of <b>quality content</b> within the platform, with that goal we're going to focus our objectives in what we believe is the perfect target for it: <b>the newcomers and the people that aren't in Steemit yet</b>, we are going to teach them the best practices to become awesome quality content creators!

## <center>Our Vision</center>

We want to grow up within the platform and become one of the best places to learn about Steemit for beginners. We want to fight against the bad practices that are caused by misinformation, we're going to be the bridge and connection between the newcomers and the more experienced users to give them guidance on how to become awesome content creators.

## <center>Our Projection</center>

We're expecting to start our work in 2 weeks, we're actually making the first administrative arrangements (budget, courses, looking for mentors, and so on) to start with the right foot. Our first step will be to start working with the spanish-speaking community (specifically Venezuelans). For Venuezuelans  **Steemit is survival** but of course we are going to explore more countries and eventually open (in a mid-term) the project to the whole globe.

Because Helpie has been a project that have helped A LOT of people even since their beginning, now they need us, also SWIM has the Witness @castellano behind us and this could be an alliance that can make grow up both Witnesses for their common goal: <b>to help, to develop a better future by creating better human beings!''</b>
