Hola amigos espero que estén muy bien hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes algunas imágenes de curso de barista que realice en la escuela Bares SP, el curso fue de barista es algo bastante curioso no soy amante del café aunque me gusta no soy como algunas personas que no pueden comenzar o pasar un día sin tomar café, antiguamente cuando era (niño, joven) tomaba café con leche y azúcar, actualmente tomo café solo con leche tengo ya varios años tomándolo así, todos los baristas o todo el que esté sumergido en el mundo del café te dirá que la forma correcta de tomar café es sin azúcar, aunque yo no lo tomo sin azúcar por tomar cafe de forma correcta solo que desde hace tiempo no le agrego azúcar a ninguna bebida por salud, pero bueno ya basta de contarles sobre mi, voy a compartirles más o menos que dan en un curso de barismo.

Lo primero como en la mayoría de los cursos verán teoría, un poco de la historia del cafe, también conocerán los 2 tipos de café predominantes en el mundo ( arábica y robusta) la Arábica es más conocida por dar excelentes tipos de café, pero requiere muchos más cuidados, aparte que se da en condiciones más reguladas que la robusta, justo la robusta al requerir menos cuidados es mucho más fácil de cultivar, pero ustedes saben a la mayoría de las personas le gusta lo Exclusivo lo que no es de fácil reproducción, así que la Arábica es mucho más cotizada, una característica sobresaliente de la robusta es que tiene mayor concentración de cafeína, es probable que en el curso también les indiquen como es el proceso de siembra y cosecha del café, también el proceso de separación y torrado del grano para finalizar la molienda del grano dependiendo del tipo o método de preparación que se aplicará al café, como pueden ver es bastante teoría, pero gracias a ella se logra entender por qué el café resulta ser algo complejo

Después de la teoría viene la práctica, mostrar los diferentes métodos de preparo de café (esto esta de moda) relativamente hace pocos años ya que se dieron cuenta que dependiendo del tipo de cafe la forma correcta de sacar todos su sabor varía en la forma de preparación y la forma o método de preparación también depende del grosor de la molienda, algunos métodos como V60, prensa francesa, goteo, cafetera italiana, etc. Pero claro aún la profesión del barista inicia en la preparación de cafe en una máquina de expreso, es imprescindible saber calibrarla en general trabajar correctamente con ella para preparar un buen expreso justo para eso es la parte práctica la mayor parte está orientada a la preparación de los expresos  y todo lo que ello conlleva.

En la práctica conocemos las partes de una máquina de expreso la forma correcta de utilizarla, normas de higiene, tiempos correctos de preparación, grosor de la molienda del café, tipos de café que se preparan a partir del Expreso, luego de lograr un buen expreso buene la parte comercial las cosas ( de moda)  como arte late en los café, o preparación de bebidas de dulces con café o bebidas frías hasta bebidas alcohólicas, eso si las personas entre más entran en el mundo del café y más se especializan son más renuentes a todas esas variantes las preparan porque saben que es lo comercial pero son amantes es del café puro, les encanta disfrutar del sabor del café sin agregarle algo que entorpezca su sabor, esto es un gran choque para las personas cuando están ingresando al mundo del café, jejeej todas las personas en el curso le parecía que el café sabia horrible debido a que no tenía azúcar así que cuando llegamos a la parte de café dulce como el Bombón que es expreso con leche condensada estuvieron todos felices jejeje.

El mundo del café es bastante amplio me parece interesante hasta cierto punto, pero exagerados en otros, hay tipos de café especiales y exóticos que son bastante caros, en los que las personas que tienen que entrenar el paladar para lograr identificar los sabores y que finalmente les guste es una moda que para mí no tiene mucho sentido, pero lo bueno de ser personas libres es que todos tenemos derecho a elegir qué modas seguir yo sin duda me quedo con un simple cafe expreso con leche y espuma conocido como capuccino y si estoy goloso un mocaccino que es lo mismo pero con un poco de chocolate , y ustedes ¿son amantes del café? Un barista les diría ¿pero toman cafe de verdad? ¿Conocen la torra del grano, la molienda y el tipo de extracción del café que toman?

Hola Davot, como estas? asi es Colombia tiene zonas de muy buen café incluyendo café exóticos como el  geisha, que bien que tengas algunas matas sembradas ya que puedes realizar todo el proceso y tener un cafe de buena calidad a bajo precio.
