Hola amigos espero que estén muy bien hoy les vengo a compartir la receta de Sushi casero, tenía de 3 a 4 años que no preparaba sushi, pero las señoritas Zaida Andreina y Maria Cordero querían hacer, actualmente hay muchísimas variantes teniendo lo fundamental el relleno queda a su gusto para esta oportunidad utilizamos lo siguiente.

* 3  cucharadas de azúcar
* 1 cucharadita de sal

* 5 Seaweed nori
* 1 cup of rice
* 200 gr of ‘‘ crab ’’
* 200 gr of shrimp
* 250 gr of cream cheese
* ½ paprika
* 70 ml of rice vinegar
* 2 tablespoons of sake
* 3 spoonfuls of sugar
* 1 teaspoon salt

###  Preparación

Lo principal es el arroz es muy importante que cuando se prepare el arroz no sea un arroz suelto, sino un arroz pegajoso, venden arroz especial para sushi que el grano es mucho más redondo y tienen alta cantidad de almidón por lo que es bastante pegajoso, particularmente me parece muy caro y no es tan necesario. Al tener el arroz listo preparamos el aderezo de arroz , solo agregamos el vinagre, sake, azúcar y sal en una olla a fuego bajo a esperar que la sal y el azúcar se disuelva después vertimos la mezcla al arroz y dejamos enfriar.

Antes de comenzar a armar nuestros sushis debemos cocinar o cortar lo que va crudo en tiras los ingredientes que le vamos a agregar, en esta oportunidad solo fue pimentón y los camarones, pero puede ser zanahoria, aguacate, pepino, celeri, varios tipos de pescado, etc.

Al tener todo listo tómanos el alga y la colocamos en la esterilla , en el cetro del alga hacemos una cama de arroz y el centro colocamos nuestros ingredientes en este caso tira de pimentón, cangrejo y queso crema., luego con la esterilla formamos el cilindro típico de los sushis , es importante que tengamos las manos húmedas recuerden que el arroz es pegajoso, también pueden hacer el sushi invertido, para esto primero extendemos una capa de arroz y luego le colocamos arriba el alga nori sobre el alga colocamos nuestro relleno y procedemos a formar el cilindro , de seta forma el arroz queda por fuera del cilindro como lo podrán ver en las fotos

Para cortar nuestros cilindros es importante que utilicen un cuchillo bien afilado y que mojen la hoja de cortar  para que el arroz no se le quede pegado al cuchillo , luego de que ya tienen cortado el cilindro puede decorarlo como lo hice en esta oportunidad con camarones , también se le pueden preparar distintas salsas, también esta la variante de los famosos hot roll que son los mismos sushis, pero van empanados y fritos .

Buenos amigos luego de la decoración están listo para ser devorados , con las salsas de su preferencia, se preguntaran que hacen unos perros calientes en las fotos jajaaj lo que pasa es que no me gusta el sushi así que solo mi espora y la amiga comieron sushi y yo comí perros XD a los que le gusta el sushi o como yo si le quieren preparar este plato a alguien que le guste seguro quedaran muy complacidos, por ahora me despido que tengan lindo dia.
