Although I had written [my Leo goals](https://leofinance.io/@henrietta27/my-leo-goals-for-2023-aiming-to-be-a-new-born-cub) for 2023 as initiated by the @leogrowth team but for the purpose of this contest and the mind blowing questions asked, I need to write a well detailed plan on how to achieve my goals. This initiative is no doubt a good one that allows members plan their prospective achievement ahead of 2023. To achieve certain goals sure needs a plan and strategies to carry them out, with patience, passion and dedication it will be achieved.
# WHAT IS MY TARGET LEO STAKE FOR 2023?
Slow and steady they say wins the race, you can't become a billionaire in one day, it takes time and effort. So my target for my Leo stake for 2023 is to get over 2000leo power. At least this attainment will get me into the new born cub status in the Leo pride ranking.
Thus, I already have almost 400lp, so for the next 12months,i intend to stake nothing less than 170leo tokens, so that by the end of the year 2023, it will amount to a little over 2000.i already almost 500leo stake as at 2022.

### MY DRIVE TO ACHIEVE THESE LEO TARGETS?

Looking at older members of the community and what they have achieved so far, makes my drive to achieve my Leo target fierce.

- Another things that pushes me to achieve my Leo targets are the investment opportunities in leofinance.io. There are more [decentralized apps(dapps)](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-decentralized-applications-dapps) on the platform where Leo tokens are useful.
- in achieving my Leo targets, it increases my ability to participate in any activity carried out on the leoverse. I get to increase my stake thus, curate peoples content and also get curation rewards, I can carry out tasks in discord roles.
#### IMPORTANCE OF GROWING MY LEO STAKE IN 2023
Recently, the leofinance team rolled out some new features of the Leo tokens, which includes long Form microblogging, ad revenue, new UI, author [monetization](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-monetization) and so on, see one of the reasons why it is important to grow my Leo stake affords me the opportunity to partake in the growth and development of the community by contributing my own quota. ##### THE PROGRESS OF MY LEO STAKE IN THIS YEAR AND FORESHADOWING THE YEAR 2023
Ever since the LPUD started some months back I powered up Leo only 3 times. That's poor on my part but also a milestone with the hope to achieve more since I have a plan which will be set in motion from January next year 2023.
Thus, with powering up(170leo every LPUD will help me meet my target and also be eligible for bonus prices.
###### EXPERIENCE OF OTHER PEOPLE THAT AIM TO REACH THEIR LEO TARGETS FOR 2023
Browsing through the leofinance.io front-end, there are lots of #myleogoals entry for 2023 on the challenge organized by the leofinance team. While some are aiming for the Apex Lion with 150k Leo Power, others are aiming for Leader of the Pack with 50k Leo Power, Lion with 15k Leo Power, CUB with 5k Leo Power and my prospective status with 2k Leo. At first when I first saw the challenge, I had doubts to participate because my staked Leo seemed low and people were really invested in it. I took up the challenge all the same with the sole aim of increasing and improving my self worth and with the believe that since women are progressing in the [finance](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-finance) and crypto world, I can do the same. To be honest the ladies on here with their Leo goals has been inspiring.
**BENEFITS OF ACHIEVING MY GOAL**
The leofinance team has put up mouth mouth watering bonuses for those who are able to achieve their goals. Thus, if I happen to achieve #myleogoals of 2k I get an additional delegation worth of 2k for a month in the coming year. While other prices includes raffle tickets for other bonus rewards.
