In my own point of view and opinion, nothing is good as freedom and when I mean freedom it's means freedom from every harassment and insults that you'll receive while working for someone.  I'll love to be a professional freelancer because at my stage, I've served as a full time employee before and I know what it take to work for someone, I pass through all kinda harassment, embarrassment and frustration, I never pray in my life to go through that that kinda stuffs again. 

The organization which I worked for was a computer Cafe and I was the only teacher there which have over 50 student, just imagine one person teaching about 50 student, hmmm it was a very big stress and when it comes to salary 😳😳 it wasn't encouraging at all. 

All this private Organization and companies always use someone as if they don't have a plan for themselves or they have no future. 

If I'm a freelancer, hmmm swear no one can control and command me the way he/she wants. I can work at my own comfortable time and place where nothing will disturb or distract my life and many companies will still hire me to work for them and get paid for the service rendered to them. 

As a freelancer, I work for myself and have enough time to rest, and also have time for my family, time to put something's in order around me. And I still get some set's of goals for myself, then I'll be to go.

Let me talk about those that work under Federalist Government...let's take for example like lecturer's, Concerning the situation in Nigeria that Federal Schools are undergoing an indefinite strikes that has last for about 7 months and it affects both lecturer's and also the students as well. It all started  with ASSU strike that commenced since February 2022, and since then, Federal Government stopped paying salaries to worker's.  

But if they were freelancers, they wouldn't have anything that's concerns them all the strike, they would been still working and get paid. 


So I prefer being a Freelancer, then a full time employee in any organization or company, because will make double and enough money in a week than what those companies offer to pay me in a month.
