Muy importante estos ejercicios ya que gran parte de nosotros y me incluyo allí pasamos una buena parte de nuestro día sentado y a veces con mala postura. Poder aliviar estos dolores sólo practicando estos ejercicios sin recurrir a analgésicos, cremas y ungüentos es una gran solución. Saludos cordiales desde Villa de Cura.
