So i have lately tried to find a toothpaste that has no fluride and isnt expensive...what is really hard to come across apparently. So i did some research on toothpaste  and found out that it is actually really easy to just make your own !! And its also pretty cheap :)

But firstoff  I should mention that you have to do it freshly each time you use it but it takes pretty much just a few seconds to mix it together .

All you pretty much need is:
- a spoon of coconut oil 
- 3/4 to 1 spoon of baking soda
- some essential oils (i use peppermint but you chose what tastes good for you)
- just a few drops of water 



There could be many things added to the list to make it better or more likeable for you e.g.  Xylitol but this is very basic and it works just fine. And if try it yourself and like it you can try to find new ingredients for your toothpaste:)
