Hola mi gente. Un caluroso saludo a cada una de los hivers que interactúan en esta comunidad. En esta oportunidad vengo a dejarles una receta súper fácil, de tan solo 5 pasos,  para esos momentos en donde queremos comer algo diferente pero sabroso, algo que sirva como contorno pero que a su vez sea sano, nutritivo y que también sirva para esas personas que por una u otra cosa están a dieta, pero sobretodo que lo puedas acompañar con lo que desees, acá les traigo un estofado calabacín.

Antes de darles los ingredientes les quiero dejar algo, para que lo sepan a manera de cultura general, el calabacín es un alimento que fortalece la salud de los ojos, ya que contiene dos compuestos de manera natural  que ayuda a la mejora de la misma, por su contenido de antioxidante es bueno para retardar el envejecimiento, mejora la salud cerebral por su alto porcentaje en fosforo, entre muchas otras cosas en pro a nuestra salud. - Cebollín.
- Ajíes. 
- Ajo porro o puerro.
- Pimienta al gusto
- Sal al gusto
- Adobo al gusto.
- Ajo o salsa de ajo.

- Chili peppers. 
- Garlic or leek.

# <center> <div class=phishy> PREPARACIÓN/ PREPARATION:</div> </center>

**1)** Primero se agarra la cantidad de calabacines que se desee preparar, se lava bien y se les corta ambas puntas, hago la acotación que quede bien lavado puesto que no le quitaremos la concha.

**2)** Luego de ello, se procede a picar los calabacines en rodajas no muy gruesas para que se puedan cocinar bien y se meten en un bol.

**3)** Aparte se pican todos los aliños, el cebollín, los ajíes y el ajo porro van picado lo más pequeño que se pueda y a su vez sazonado con sal, adobo, ajo o salsa de ajo y pimienta al gusto.

**4)** Posterior a ello los aliños lo colocamos en una sartén con un poco de aceite y esperamos a que se sofrían, cuando ya hayan pasado unos 3 minutos aproximadamente le añadimos los calabacines picados en rodajas, lo tapamos y cada cierto tiempo lo vamos mezclando para que se cocine de manera uniforme por todos los lados.  

>**4)** Afterwards we put the seasonings in a pan with a little oil and wait for them to fry, when they have fried for approximately 3 minutes we add the zucchini cut into slices, we cover it and every so often we mix it so that it cooks evenly on all sides.

**5)** El resultado será un exquisito estofado de calabacín, una receta que la podrá comer todo tipo de persona sin remordimiento y sin miedo a que no sea algo saludable; lo mejor de todo es que lo puedes acompañar con lo que tú quieras, con galletas, arepas, casabe, pan, con un sinfín de aperitivos para una merienda.
