Hello friends of the Foodies Bee Hive community! This time I am going to share with you a very simple recipe for banana pudding. It has not happened to them that they forget the bananas in the refrigerator and with the passing of the days they turn a bit black and they do not want to eat them just like they are? Well, this is a good way to transform them into something even tastier! It is a banana pudding that also does not have an egg since the banana provides it with moisture and enough bind, it is a suitable vegan recipe. <blockquote> Hola amigos de la comunidad Foodies Bee Hive! en esta oportunidad voy a compartirles una receta muy sencilla de budín de banana. We are going to use 3 cups of self-rising flour (or 3 cups of common flour with 1/4 cup of baking powder), 2 cups of sugar, 3 bananas and 3/4 cup of oil, it can be neutral, vegetable, the that you prefer! To flavor I used cinnamon but it can be substituted with citrus zest or vanilla essence, that goes according to your preference. <blockquote> Para hacer esta receta aun mas sencilla no vamos a ahbalr de cantidades exactas en gramos sino que vamos a medir los ingredientes en "tazas" . Exacto! de igual manera quedan bien cuando te encuentras con trozos de banana en el budín, pero de esta manera queda una preparación mas homogénea y de una textura diferente. También he hecho budín marmolado separando la preparación en dos y ponerle a una mitad cacao remplazando un poco de la harina, queda excelente! la banana le da mucha humedad.
