# A very special cake


Tomorrow is my son's birthday, he turns 19 and it seems like yesterday that I became a mother for the first time.
Time passed in the blink of an eye, my son is very simple, I asked him if he wanted me to make him a special cake and mom told me a cake like that, no simpler.

As expected and knowing that he likes chocolates I made him a cake with his favorite chocolates, he asked me for a simple cake and it was, but what is not expected is that the cake is covered with his favorite chocolates.

The cake has very few ingredients in total: 15 eggs 900 g of sugar 900 g of flour.
The steps of this cake and the secret to make it fluffy is to beat the egg whites first, once they start to bubble, add half the sugar and once it is ready, as in the photo, the egg whites do not fall to the point of snow begin to beat the yolk, finally mix with the egg white and little by little you add the flour.

Another secret is to cook it over low heat, I really like the Eseen saucepan that I have, because it cooks the whole cake quickly and evenly, so dear friends, this was the special cake that I made for my son, simple but with a special touch, his favorite chocolate.

The cake has very little dulce de leche since my son doesn't like much dulce de leche but he does like cream.

Another little secret so that the cake is quite fluffy like me is to leave it made the night before and leave it wrapped in plastic wrap or if you have an airtight container in your kitchen, this way the moisture of the cake is preserved, I hope you like it I liked my simple cake but with a special touch full of the favorite chocolates of my skinny beautiful my first son.

# Una torta muy especial
#


Mañana cumple años mi hijo,  cumple 19 años y parece que fue ayer que me convertí en madre por primera vez.
El tiempo pasó en un abrir y cerrar de ojos,  mi hijo es muy sencillo,  le pregunté si quería que le hiciera una torta especial y me dijo mamá una torta así no más sencilla.

Cómo era de esperarse y sabiendo que a él le gustan los chocolates le hice una torta con sus chocolates preferidos, me pidió una torta sencilla y así fue pero lo que no se espera es que en la torta está cubierta de sus chocolates preferido.

La torta lleva muy pocos ingredientes en total fueron 15 huevos 900 g de azúcar 900 g de harina.
Los pasos de esta torta y el secreto para que quede esponjosa es batir primero las claras,  una vez que empiezan hacer burbujas incorporar la mitad del azúcar y una vez que esté lista así como en la foto que no se caen las claras a punto de nieve se empieza a batir la yema,  finalmente se mezcla con la clara y poco a poco vas agregando la harina.

Otro secreto es cocinarlo A fuego lento, a mí me gusta mucho la cacerola de Eseen que tengo, porque cocina rápido y parejo toda la torta así que queridos amigos esta fue la torta especial que le hice a mi hijo sencilla pero un toque especial,  sus chocolates preferidos.

La torta tiene muy poco dulce de leche ya que a mi hijo no le gusta mucho dulce de leche pero si la crema.

Otro secretito para que la torta les quede bastante pon josa como a mí es dejarla hecha a noche anterior Y dejarla envuelta en un papel film o si tienen en su cocina un recipiente hermético a un mejor así se conserva la humedad de la torta espero que les haya gustado mi torta sencilla pero con un toque especial llena de los chocolates preferidos de mi flaquito hermoso mi primer hijo.
