It is a strange title compared with the content of the article!
I was expecting that it was hard to be a team player because of the complete different opinions within the team! But it appeared that you have been used! Okay, maybe a harsh statement and the advice you gave them could pay off in the future!
I do see more than 150 crypto projects succeed. If we would take only 5% there would only be 80 left, which is a little to small number according to me! But it will be good to see some disappear,. Next year there will be a battle which the fittest and smartest will survive!
To bad for us also some good projects will disappear!

There's just too many people looking to extract value when they should be looking at how they are going produce something society will value.  To do that they must solve a real world problem(s).  How many of these projects are doing that or have a great chance at doing that?  In the end the market will decide.  Right now there's just plenty of b/s and not near enough USP's.  So many copy cats, even plagiarize white papers,  no actual product nor any chance of delivery of the products or services they are offering.

The pareto rule is the real deal i mean it can be used in almost all bussines and yes just the 20% is the real value, but i have to say something you have a good way to select projects i followed you when you talk about  decent bet a now look the price :)

Randy, it seems crazy to me that people wouldn't take on board what you're saying. If they're not valuing the advice because it's free, then more fool them.

Perhaps it's time to put a cost on this kind of advice. That way, if their eyes and ears aren't open to see and hear the guidance you're giving them, at least you've not wasted your time for nothing.
