<p>Realizo esta propuesta sabiendo que soy una de las pocas representantes de mi país en Hive, pero tengo todas las energías puestas en que seamos muchos en poco tiempo. Hay tanto que transmitir al resto y siento que esta oportunidad, sería un impulso grande para atraer a más usuarios a la plataforma. 

Siendo de un país tan atractivo como Perú, sé que hay mucho que mostrar y que una buena guía es lo más importante para poder crecer dentro de Hive. Cuando uno empieza necesita apoyo y quiero ser esa persona dentro mi país que lo brinde.

> I make this proposal knowing that I am one of the few representatives of my country in Hive, but I have all the energy put in that we are many in a short time. There is so much to transmit to the rest and I feel that this opportunity would be a great boost to attract more users to the platform.

Me llamo Luisa y muchos me conocen como @historiasamorlez. Soy de Lima, Perú y llevo en la plataforma desde Enero del 2019.

Soy licenciada en Educación Pre-escolar y Primaria, además fui directora de una escuela para niños y adolescentes por 3 años. Actualmente soy supervisora de un consorcio educativo, en el cual ya llevo 11 años trabajando. 

>I have a degree in Preschool and Primary Education, and I was also the director of a school for children and adolescents for 3 years. I am currently the supervisor of an educational consortium, in which I have been working for 11 years. 

Tengo conocimientos del uso criptomonedas y redes sociales, siendo Facebook y Twitter las de mayor cobertura. Mi blog dentro de Hive está enfocado en gastronomía y viajes, dos pasiones que me ayudan a mostrar las maravillas de mi país al mundo.

## <b>¿Qué habilidades de liderazgo traes a la mesa? My leadership skills</b>

He dictado capacitaciones a docentes en el manejo y desarrollo de una clase presencial, tomando en cuenta que lo único que se debe buscar es que se aprenda de verdad. Soy oradora y tengo dominio del público. He sido consejera dentro de mi campo y conozco como llegar a los demás.

Sé perfectamente que si puedo impulsar desde un inicio a nuevos usuarios, dándoles las armas necesarias para que empiecen con un buen pie en Hive y puedan ir creciendo poco a poco, ellos buscarán a otros más y lograremos tener una gran comunidad en Perú.

>I have given training to teachers in the management and development of a classroom, taking into account that the only thing you should look for is to learn for real. I am a speaker and I am in the public domain. I have been a counselor in my field and know how to reach out to others.

>I know perfectly well that if I can promote new users from the beginning, giving them the necessary weapons to start off with a good foot in Hive and to be able to grow little by little, they will look for others and we will manage to have a great community in Peru.


## <b>Mi experiencia previa en promoción de proyectos / My previous experience in project promotion</b>

He ido creciendo dentro de Hive, no solo en mi contenido, sino también en la búsqueda de hacer comunidad. Conocí varios proyectos interesantes y apoyé en la curación de contenido de calidad. 

>I have been growing within Hive, not only in my content, but also in the search for community. I met several interesting projects and supported the healing of quality content.

En la plataforma de Steem, tuve la oportunidad de crear una comunidad llamada @angelesdesteemit en conjunto con @equipodelta, una gran amiga y artista. Por varios meses impulsamos a otros autores a mejorar sus publicaciones  y durante todo ese tiempo, votamos mucho contenido de calidad.
 
>On the Steem platform, I had the opportunity to create a community called @angelesdesteemit in conjunction with @equipodelta, a great friend and artist. For several months we encouraged other authors to improve their publications and during all that time, we voted a lot of quality content.

Empecé en Hive creyendo que sería una blockchain con futuro y que la expansión requiere de promoción, pero esta debe ser la adecuada y desinteresada. 

He interactuado mediante twitter, promocionando a Hive desde mi cuenta propia. 

>I started in Hive believing that it would be a blockchain with a future and that expansion requires promotion, but this must be adequate and disinterested.

He promocionado Hive a través de mis redes sociales y he estado conversando con muchos potenciales usuarios, a adquirir diversos conocimientos en el uso de la plataforma. Lo nuevo siempre causa interrogantes y estoy capacitada para poder apoyarlos en este inicio. 

>I have promoted Hive through my social networks and I have been talking with many potential users, to acquire various knowledge in the use of the platform. The new always causes questions and I am able to support them in this beginning.

La razón primordial es que mis compatriotas tengan en conocimiento que hay redes descentralizadas y que estas pueden ser de gran apoyo para su crecimiento personal. 

Quiero ser la impulsadora en mi país y brindar ese todo el soporte necesario para pertenecer a esta gran blockchain.

>The main reason is that my compatriots know that there are decentralized networks and that these can be of great support for their personal growth.

## <b>¿Cuál es mi visión de Hive? / My vision of Hive</b>

Qué la comunidad peruana conozca que hay un lugar propio dentro de Hive y donde puedan promover su trabajo, intereses y talentos de la mejor posible. 

La blockchain Hive brinda todas las alternativas necesarias para generar, no solo ingresos adicionales, sino también una oportunidad de cambio e interacción con otros usuarios de su mismo país y de otros países latinos. 

Hive seguirá creciendo y se convertirá en la mejor red descentralizada, quiero ser una de sus líderes y hacerlo posible.
