# 1. Want right sleep: Sleep is very important for our brain. If there is not enough sleep, the brain's capacity will be reduced. During sleep, oxygen can not reach the brain, which helps keep information in the short-term memory more sustainable.  # # 2 Regular exercise: Regular exercise and exercise need to be done to keep the brain healthy and effective. # 4. Meditation and praying: Regular prayer or meditation increases the focus or visibility of any thing, resulting in less memory loss. # 5. Not doing multiple tasks at the same time: Doing multiple tasks at the same time does not understand what will keep the short-term memory in memory and delete it. The result is memory loss. # 6. Stay away from distraction: Distraction is the main reason for short-term memory loss. The tasks which disturb the attention are called Distraction. Short term memory loss will be reduced significantly if away from distraction. Hopefully, if you keep these six ways in mind, you can stay away from the short-term memory loss!
