### I follow two great curators. #minnowsupport and @teamsteem.
- However, I vote on content manually too.. ***And it's draining my power.***

I've decided to take a voting break. - I need a break to rebuild my voting power. I need a break to recharge my batteries.. - I think it will be near impossible to **not** vote on content until I'm back at 100% again, but I have to try.

### When was the last time I was at 100%?
- I have no idea and I don't really care about 100% or not.. But I can't continue like this. It's too exhausting so a well-deserved break is coming up!

### During this break..
I need to think about my next move. I need a better strategy than the one I have today.

**What I mean by that, is this**: I can't just upvote like I used to do prior to HF19, with 100% of my voting power. - I need to think of a better way of doing things, so I can still upvote as much as possible and reward as much as possible. I want to give as much as possible with each vote of mine so I need to recharge, rebuild, recoup and rethink.

- Luckily for me, it's easy to do when I follow #minnowsupport and @teamsteem, so I just need to take a look at how my votes are spread and do the same thing when I decide to vote manually on content. - *That way, I'll be able to give the most.*

## I think I will start to upvote all the comments too..

With great powers come great responsibility and all that.. We've heard it before.
However, as I've said numerous of times. I want to encourage, inspire and motivate all my readers, and I've been doing that. Both in my articles where I share tips, my knowledge and my experience but I've also given away SBD to people for their great replies and things like that. - ***But is that really the best way of doing things?***

I guess an even better approach would be by upvoting **everyone** who leaves a comment on my articles. That way, I'll give **something** to **everyone**. Sure, I wouldn't upvote with more than 1% or so, but that's something.. And I would definitely **not** upvote any spam. - But prior to this, I've been upvoting several comments with different amount of power, to reward what to me, is the best replies sort of.. - *Just like most of you people are doing, I guess?*

However, if I could give back more, I'd probably also encourage **more** people at the same time.. As something is way better than nothing. - At least, that's what I've been thinking about.

I don't see myself as a leader and I don't see myself as someone with great powers..

### Seriously speaking.. 
I am **not** a leader but I do strive to encourage, inspire and motivate all my readers.. - So I should definitely set some sort of example, don't you think?

My goal on Steemit is to become an established author, a well-known author who works hard to help my readers. - ***I want to pave the way for others.***

I want to show by example, that everything is possible on Steemit. No matter where you come from. Experienced author or not. Everything is possible on Steemit and that's what I'm trying to prove. - ***Both for myself but for others as well.***

### I just hit 700 followers.. - And I'm climbing! 
In only 9 days, I've gained more than 100 followers.. - More than 100 people have clicked that follow button because they felt like it. It was their own decision. - The only thing I do, to improve my chances, is to use the *"upvote, follow & resteem"* image in the bottom of my articles. - ***That's my trick.***

I hate follow for follow and I'm definitely **not** fond of follow-begging.. 
- ***Because that's the wrong way of doing things!***

### My main business is brand building..
I've been doing this for the past 4 years now. I'm a full time freelancer and I've worked online for the past 7 years.. Full time for more than 5 years now. - I'm not a huge deal and I do things differently compared my competitors, but I've been able to work full time by doing this. - ***My clients are satisfied with the results I provide.***

- ***That said, I know what I'm doing and I deliver great results.***

I do what I do, because I know it works. I'm living proof of that. - And that's what I'm trying to implement on my Steemit journey too.. - ***As long as I continue to have that in mind, I'll manage to reach the results I'm looking for.*** - But it takes time and it requires a bunch of effort.

Perhaps the way I'm doing things doesn't work for everyone.. Perhaps I'm not having the greatest results and perhaps I could've had even greater results.. 
- ***But what I do, works for me.***

### And that says it all..
I know what I'm doing and I'm determined to reach my goals. - I will reach my goals of becoming an established, well-known author on Steemit. - ***And I will put in the necessary effort.***

**I have many ideas and future projects in mind..** - I am from Sweden and one of my ideas are to bring more Swedes to Steemit. Perhaps by doing something like *"TEAM AUSTRALIA"* does. I will let the future decide, but I'm eager to put in even more effort, more time and even greater articles and knowledge. - ***I'm here to bring my A-game.***
