I hope that my reaction to the first and at the same time competitive article in the ANC community will encourage the user in question to write more articles :-)

The jury evaluated four articles. One juror did not read the voting instructions and awarded multiple votes. I decided not to cancel his votes and leave them as they were awarded.
I further decided to award a consolation prize for a well-written first article for ANC.
