Uma iniciativa [Weekly Tops](https://peakd.com/ocd/@weeklytops/hive-author-of-the-week) chegou para realizar a curadoria e premiar conteúdos de qualidade. E agora ela está também na HiveBR e você pode participar e ser um dos ganhadores.

Será que o seu conteúdo é bom o suficiente para isso? A comunidade que vai dizer. Sim, você terá papel fundamental não apenas em criar conteúdo, como também em realizar a curadoria dos colegas de comunidade.

Além do apoio da @hive-br.voter, também estará de olho nos criadores de conteúdo da comunidade os seguintes usuários: @ocd, @blocktrades, @theycallmedan e @leofinance.

O conteúdo melhor avaliado na semana será divulgado no Twitter através de um resumo criado por esses curadores, levando em consideração o resultado que publicaremos semanalmente nesse perfil, toda sexta-feira, anunciando o vencedor.

<center><h2>Objetivos da iniciativa:</h2></center>

**- Criação de conteúdo:** Queremos incentivar criadores de conteúdo de formato longo a publicar mais conteúdo e de maior qualidade.

**- Integração:** ao promover o melhor conteúdo do Hive no Twitter, esperamos chamar a atenção de usuários em potencial e, em seguida, integrar criadores/consumidores ao Hive.

**- Curadoria descentralizada:** Cada comunidades do Hive podem usar o recurso de enquetes gravadas no Hive para permitir que a comunidade opine sobre o que é recompensado. A comunidade se envolve em recompensar o que merece ser recompensado.

**- Engajamento de fim de semana:** A atividade do Hive cai durante o fim de semana, o que é compreensível. Ao encorajar os usuários a se tornarem consumidores de conteúdo e votarem durante o fim de semana, pretendemos aumentar a atividade na Hive com esse concurso.

<center><h2>Quem pode participar?</h2></center>

- Todos os criadores de conteúdo que fizerem suas publicações dentro da comunidade HiveBR, ou que usem a tag HiveBR.

- As publicações terão que obrigatoriamente ser em português.

- Publicações com dois ou mais idiomas podem participar, desde que um dos idiomas seja o português.

- Apenas um conteúdo por usuário será submetido à votação, então quanto mais você criar, mais a sua chance de participar, pois terá mais opções de postagens para lermos, e avaliarmos.

- A votação será realizada através de uma enquete criada no espaço Threads, criado pela LeoFinance, no perfil da HiveBR.

- A publicação terá um link que o levará para a votação que contará com as 4 opções a ser escolhida por vocês.

- Ela será criada na sexta feira, e encerrará no domingo, tendo duração de 48 horas.

Is your content good enough for this? The community will say. Yes, you will play a key role not only in creating content, but also in curating community colleagues.

The best evaluated content in the week will be published on Twitter through a summary created by these curators, taking into account the result that we will publish weekly on this profile, every Friday, announcing the winner.

**- Content Creation:** We want to encourage long-form content creators to publish more and higher quality content.

**- Integration:** By promoting the best Hive content on Twitter, we hope to capture the attention of potential users and then onboard creators/consumers to Hive.

**- Decentralized Curation:** Each Hive community can use the recorded polls feature in Hive to allow the community to weigh in on what is rewarded. The community engages in rewarding what deserves to be rewarded.

**- Weekend Engagement:** Hive activity drops during the weekend, which is understandable. By encouraging users to become content consumers and vote over the weekend, we aim to increase activity on Hive with this contest.

<center><h2>Who can participate?</h2></center>

- All content creators who publish within the HiveBR community, or who use the HiveBR tag.

- Publications must be in Portuguese.

- Publications with two or more languages can participate, as long as one of the languages is Portuguese.

- Only one content per user will be submitted for voting, so the more you create, the more your chance to participate, as you will have more post options for us to read and evaluate.

- Voting will be carried out through a poll created in the Threads space, created by LeoFinance, in the HiveBR profile.

- The publication will have a link that will take you to the poll that will have the 4 options to be chosen by you.

- It will be created on Friday, and will close on Sunday, lasting 48 hours.
