### Hello my dear Hive friends.

**First of all, good afternoon to everyone. How are you, I hope you are all healthy and happy. In our daily life, we all like to try and taste different foods every day. So today I have come to tell you about another delicious dish that can be made from dried Indo-Pacific sailfish. That is about the dried Indo-Pacific sailfish fry . Let's see how to make it.**

### Ingredients;


- **About 5 fish chili pods**
- **Dried Indo-Pacific sailfish 100g**
- **2 Teaspoon of chilli powder**
- **3 or 4 tbsp vegetable oil**
- **Two or three garlic**
- **A pinch of curry laves**
- **Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder**
- **A piece of cinnamon**
- **Average size is about two large onions**
- **Salt as required**

## Method...
**1 Step.**

***Cut the dried Indo-Pacific sailfish into small pieces. After that wash it well.***

**2 Step.**

***Then take a vessel and add 2 or 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and let it heat slightly.***

**3 Step.**

***Then add cut and washed dried Indo-Pacific sailfish to the heated oil and fry until golden.***

**4 Step.**

***Then add the chopped garlic and fry for another 30 seconds and mix.***

**5 Step.**

***Then add chopped onions and curry leaves. As in the picture below.***

**6 Step.**

***Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir it well and let it fry for about 3 to 4 minutes. Until the golden color. As in the picture below.***

**7 Step.**
***Then on the golden color onions  Add the chopped fish  chilli pieces. As in the picture below.
Mix it well and cook for about 2 minutes.***
