Is this new Hive blockchain game called [Stardom Play](https://stardomplay.com/?invitedBy=hiveborgminer) (affiliate link) just a RisingStar copycat? Yes it is. Do I care if it a copycat? ABSOLUTELY NOT. 

Here is why. First of all it's common across blockchain gaming spectrum to copy successful projects. Nothing new there. That tells something about RisingStar right? Good ideas are meant to be cloned. 

Second reason, Stardom Play is also free2play. This is very important because most crypto games are more of a 'buy-expensive-packs-and-hope-for-the-best' kind of projects. Free2play games are rare as neutron stars in spiral galaxy. 

My personal experience with Rising Star was fantastic. It allowed me to earn enough (for free) and re-invest into other games over and over again. So now we will have 2 of these?! Bring it on! I want to see at least 10 of those please. Pretty please. 

Enough for me to jump right into the Stardom.

First day playing and I have already done several Casting Call missions.

There are 7 Zone missions (only 1 Zone in this game for now) and single Lesson mission. 

Zone missions are: Casting Call, Breakout Star, Get set ready, TV Interview, TV Commercial Shoot, Violent Towers and Show Hosting. I can do only only first Casting Call mission since the requirements are level 1 and 10 fans. You get 10 fans by default when you login in for the first time. 

I have earned with my missions 74 Stardom tokens. You can withdraw after 1000 I think.

As you can see from the image above I do have 20 Fans and 5 Ability. The reason is I bought my first Stardom NFT and it only costs some 20 cents. I wanted to be able to play second mission Breakout Star as soon as I reach level 3 because first mission earns 1-15 tokens and second one 10-51. It makes a difference. 

Game is few days old so I'm not buying any more NFTs just in case ... you know ... it happened before :) But this one card is enough to star with and have fun while earning and re-investing back to the game.

As you can see game graphics is wild :)

There are people who invested much more than I did, few posted about it but I'm pretty vigilant when new game comes out (learned my lesson already). 

I'll try to post about my progress and who knows maybe even organize some Stardom Giveaway along the way ;)
