Giving up on fossil fuel is going to be very hard for poorer nations.

I don't see how the US is pushing to go to all electric vehicles when our power grid has a hard time supporting what we have now.

We do not have the infrastructure to make that kind of a move.

Just last week, the TVA (our primary electric source for most of Tennessee) had PSA's thanking people for conserving energy during our one week of bitter cold temps.

How in the world are we expecting to support millions of American pluging thier car every night.

The transition from equine to gasoline power took decades to complete, and that including building actual roads.  Switching from fossil fuels to "green"  will take just as long, but the change is being forced; that won't end well.  At least give us more lube.
