*Well, I already said it in my previous post, I'm not much of a blogger. But I'm going to try to write down a little state of affairs about my adventures here on Hive at least once a week. And then mainly about my investment "strategy" of course…*

# But what was that strategy again?

*In case you haven't read my previous post, that strategy comes down to this in short: both my wife and I have decided to try to quit smoking this year. This of course means a serious saving as the price of cigarettes continues to rise.
Instead of just leaving that saved money in an account, I decided to take a chance here on Hive. Not the full amount saved, of course... it was money that literally went up in smoke in the past, but if it ends badly here, I want to have something left over* 😊

*To give a more concrete idea: We easily spent 105€ a week on cigarettes. Since the beginning of this year we have reduced this to half, namely € 52.5 per week. (yes, I know, we haven't stopped completely yet…but we're working on it* 😉 *)
I divide the saved amount of € 52.5 into 2, invest € 26.25 in Hive and put the other € 26.25 aside in an investment account.*

# And in practice that means…

*In my first week here I've seen a lot of posts with nice excel sheets and of course I can't stay behind, I can make that too* 😁

*Nice, isn't it! ( talking about the sheet here, not the results* 😉 *) 
I'm still working my way around here so the way I spend the purchased Hives between HP, HBD and Hive Engines tokens can and will definitely change. But as a basis I think this is a good overview and I will try to post an updated version of it regularly.*

# A little thank you

*If, like me, you're just starting out on Hive, things can be overwhelming. You don't really know how it all works, what to watch, who to follow… And honestly, I've also seen a lot of crap that has made me doubt if Hive is for me.
I would therefore like to thank @heyhaveyamet ( yes, I also had to reread it a few times* 😊 *) for the support and useful tips they have given me. @heyhaveyamet is an initiative by @brittandjosie and @jamerussell that aims to give new members a little more exposure, thx guys!*
