The #leofinance community is so large that just one person no matter how dedicated and committed cannot effectively handle the activities that take place here. There are different levels in the community and the one we belong to depends on the quantity of #leo token that is #staked to the [account](https://leofinance.io/@leogrowth/did-anyone-say-use-cases-for-discord-roles).

Being a #threads squire as announced by #leogrowth in this [post](https://leofinance.io/@leogrowth/are-you-a-cub-become-a-threads-squire#@idiosyncratic1/re-leogrowth-2rpngf) is not for everyone but for those who are at the cub 5k #leopower are eligible for the position.

>Why should somebody become a Threads Squire?
Being a thread squire will help one do the following for the #leofinance community, 
* As a #threads #squire it will help one be involved in several initiatives that will be brought forth by the team this 2023 and in turn get some benefits out of it.
* Being a #threads #squire will help one to promote the leofinance using different ways as it will be related.
* Being a threads squire will offer one the privilege of working as a customer care agent for the leofinance community in the #thread segment. That is to say, the person involved will respond to questions from members of the community.
* Being a threads squire will help one engage in the community's social media handles.

* Helping members to be more active: A times when some person consider how to make long posts on communities they just back off, but #microblogging just have a maximum of 240 characters which means it can be less, so that encouraged more persons to be more active.
* Improve relationship: I can mention a few persons to who I relate to kind of closing due to the #threads and when we meet elsewhere we continue what has been. #mjcroblogging made it possible.
* Improved way of earning: Now people don't have to make a full-blown post to earn now
* Increased value to the community: Several communities caused the #threads to draw traffic to their community, so the #threads are now like a billboard for an advertisement to several communities and persons.

>What makes LeoThreads strong and promising?
* There is this always-improvement mentality I see here, so the community is always seeking ways to serve its users better that is why she always asks for feedback from her users and compliments same too.
* rewards commencement: From my observation so far, it is difficult to be committed to the project or community and not see the result of your commitment though there a down times which is generally understood.
* Reward from threads
* Open for every community and it's great for creating awareness for the ecosystem serving as a place to market content produced in any community. There is no discrimination.
