Starting to build out SF but man is it expensive!

I'm starting to build out some property holdings in San Francisco with the hopes of being able to successfully treasure hunt in this city but as the original city and where most of the OG's play it's really tough to buy here because everything is so damn expensive. It's not like Los Angeles where there's still properties unminted and things sell well under mint, San Fran properties sell for like 200%-300% markups or more even in USD in a lot of cases.

I'm going to slowly tackle this, mostly by spending more USD, but it's going to be a long haul!
