To seek for change is never easy but it is one of the most important thing you need to do. If you're feeling as if you're stagnant in life then there is a better version of you that you need to embrace and the truth is that it would be hard because you'll be letting go of the old life to embrace the new life.

 If you want to manifest the life you're planning on living then you have to let go of what is taking you back in life. So you have to embrace the reality and get the discipline that shapes you makes you become who you want to be. You need to be conscious of your environment, you need to be conscious of your association and you have to reveal your mentality.



First let us consider our ***environment***, the space we use our home, communities and our work place. All these places we find ourselves in our day to day have a significant impact in our mindsets and how our energy is channelled. So if you're surrounded with people that drains you or are chaotic are not ambitious it is time to make that change. 

This does not mean that you are packing up and you want to move to an entire new country leaving your people or others behind. You just have to start small in your environment, cut  some friends, take some times and visit new places that you have not visited before so that it can boost your reflection and creativity.

 If your city or your neighbor will feel like they are inhibiting your good or success just try and move places that align with your goals. A shift of environment can spark a new and good sense of that peace and creativity that you never knew would be possible in your life.



The next one let's talk about ***association*** number two. The people you also surround yourself with has a huge role to play in your life, they will shape your perspective, your habits, and even the way you see life in general. 

So if you are constantly around those with negative thoughts then it will be very hard for you to rise you have to seek those with positive mindset who challenges you and believe in your potential no matter what. So you can decide to join community, association or online groups that boosts or which their main goal is to see people become successful, they will push you to think and make you to take bigger risk that you'll be avoiding alone. So when you surround yourself with people that are uplifting they are ambitious this is this isn't just about positivity it's about the transformation that comes along with this association.



Your mentality or without the right mindset you are going nowhere in life. So when you empower your thought is positive things not accommodated the one that keeps you stuck, you start noticing your inner efficiency.

 Tell yourself you're good enough. Or just tell yourself that you cannot go but is gratitude every day. Think about your goals and replace those I can't to I'm learning how to and I'll get there someday this is just one simple trick. So just write down what you're going for maybe three things each morning and be excited about the day this shifts your to the possibilities that are ahead of you.
