Llegamos al final del segundo reto de este mes, sin dudas estamos orgullosas ya que en esta segunda entrega han dado lo mejor de sí mismas, es increíble ver cada trabajo y la energía puesta en ellos.

De parte de todo el team de Hive's Red Carpet les decimos **"Felicitaciones chicas"** estamos muy orgullosas de ustedes, son mujeres admirables, llenas de sueños, metas y retos por conquistar.  Nos sentimos complacidas por su trabajo y dedicación en esta segunda semana.

Cada reto está estructurado para destacar en algunos criterios, y sabemos que cada una de ustedes aprovechará al máximo sus potenciales cuando llegue el momento, aún queda un gran camino por recorrer y estamos tan emocionadas como ustedes de lo que se vive cada semana.

<div class="text-justify">1) En este reto se vio una clara mejoría respecto a ciertos aspectos que estuvimos conversando y me alegra ver que tomaron en cuenta nuestras sugerencias. Me enorgullece ver que la gran mayoría asumió el reto y lo hicieron de una manera increíble. Como consejo me gustaría mencionarles nuevamente que en esta oportunidad la categoría de moda se enfocó en evaluar sus entradas basándonos en parámetros de fotografía de moda más allá del atuendo ya que como sabemos, el outfit no era obligatorio. Al realizar distintas presentaciones de atuendos y estilismos en un mismo reto, se complica un poco la evaluación para el jurado ya que cada presentación tiene una puntuación distinta, en ocasiones esto puede ser beneficioso para la participante, pero otras veces no lo será. 

2)A la hora de crear es muy importante tener las ideas bien claras, si es posible buscar referencias o crear tus propios bocetos, para que todo en el proceso fluya, afianzate a tus habilidades y destácalas de la mejor manera posible.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Antes que todo, mis felicitaciones y respetos a las chicas del concurso por las mejorías que se observó en el segundo reto del mes de marzo. Quiero destacar que la mayoría supo manejar la iluminación, el color y nitidez, sin embargo, algunos fondos son la misma pared blanca o negra, desearía que tuviesen mayor creatividad en ese ángulo o pueden construir su propio fondo, cuidado con la nitidez, preferible que busquen ayuda de algún familiar, vecino, amigo, al que sea que tengan de confianza para que sus fotografías suban de nivel. <div class="text-justify">Esta semana uno de los grandes protagonista fue el Makeup y estoy orgullosa de todo el amor y la dedicación que le colocaron a sus maquillajes y estilismo. Se atrevieron a salir de sus zonas de confort y se notó un gran mejoría en esta categoría. 

Sin embargo, hubo detalles que se deben tomar en cuenta. Por un lado, al hacer varias entregas de maquillaje en el mis post con distintos niveles de dificultad, se dispersaba el foco del concepto principal.  Por lo que les sugeriría, que todo el esfuerzo lo dediquen a sacar una pieza brillante.

Por otro lado, al intentar incluir técnicas de maquillaje social glam y artístico se presentaron algunas limitaciones para lograr el acabado deseado.  Y por último, tomen en cuenta que el uso de accesorios y peinado deben estar en sintonía con el concepto creado para cada reto.

Les deseo muchos éxitos en las próximas semanas ⭐️ seguimos creciendo y aprendiendo en cada nueva semana se retos.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Estoy sumamente felíz porque en este reto vi que pudieron experimentar más con sus poses, fueron muy creativas y se dieron la posibilidad de unir a su concepto poses increíbles para darle sentido. Sin embargo una sugerencia general para próximos retos es que no hagan todas las imágenes con poses tan parecidas, sigo sugiriendo que busquen en la web videos o tutoriales que les ayuden a tener ideas diferentes de poses. <div class="text-justify">Hola 🤗 estoy muy feliz de ver el crecimiento de todas, una semana más de aprendizajes. Vi mucha creatividad y eso me hizo feliz. Sin embargo, hay detalles en comunicación que deben ser analizados, entre ellos la creación del concepto. Las sesiones por lo general tienen un concepto, una descripción que hace a la imagen y al texto uno solo. Es decir si lees el texto la sesión debe cobrar más sentido. Y no dejar que ambos elementos vayan por caminos separados. Así que espero verlas mejorar en comunicación  ☺️ en los próximos retos. Recuerden también la estilización de sus textos, hacerlos bonitos para la lectura. Sin más que decir, les envío un abrazo a todas✨ ☺️✨</div>

# ACTUALIZACIÓN DE REGLAS

Cómo se ha mencionado en el post de anuncio, el equipo organizador anunciará cualquier actualización y/o modificación necesaria para que el concurso se siga llevando a cabo de la forma más justa y organizada, esta semana no se ha hecho ninguna actualización pero queremos recordar que  se ha determinado lo siguiente:

✔️ Las inscripciones han sido cerradas, no esperábamos la cantidad de entradas que hemos recibido, en este sentido consideramos que para seguir llevando el concurso de manera óptima, se deberán cerrar las inscripciones. Esperamos que para la próxima edición todas las personas que lo deseen puedan participar.

✔️ Durante la primera semana, en el primer reto se presentaron muchos detalles en las entradas, así que tomamos la decisión de restar puntos por :

.Publicación tardía del link del twitt.-0,25

.Error al olvidar colocar la comunidad o error en el título -0,25

.Omisión de etiquetas en los post o en el tweet. -0,25

.Links de imágenes y música. -0,5

. Número de palabras (si se pide) -0,25

 .Publicar pasado el tiempo -0,5

-  Publicación de la entrada fuera del tiempo estipulado ( le sugerimos a las participantes presentar sus entradas con antelación, para que no hayan complicaciones en caso de que alguna Dapp presente fallas). 

- Cualquier otro punto que el equipo organizador considere, en este caso se realizará un anuncio previo.

NOTA: Agradecemos informar a través del chat de participantes si toman la desición de abandonar el concurso como participantes oficiales, o en el caso de que deseen no realizar el reto de la semana y dejarlo para presentarlo en la semana de recuperación.

<div class="text-justify">1) I'm glad to see our previous suggestions were put into practice. We witnessed a level up in all entries of this challenge. I'm proud to know you took the the challenge seriously and did your best. As a piece of advice, I'd like to remind you that for this challenge, fashion's evaluation was based on fashion photography. As we know, the outfit wasn't obligatory. Showing more than one style, make-up and outfit makes the evaluation more difficult for the team. This might help the contestant with their score, but it won't be always the case. Remember each judge has a different criteria to evaluate. During each challenge, the main focus changes and so does the score.
2)When we want to create something, we need to understand the concepts. If possible, look for references. You can also create your own sketches. Trust your skills and make use of them, that will make the process flow smoothly</div>

I want to address how a percentage of the girls made good use of exposition, colour and focus. However, the background is usually the same, a black or white wall. I'd suggest to be more creative on this. You could create your own background. But keep the photos in focus. Ask for help if you can take the photos on your own. Having someone else's help might give a boost to those photos. Hugs and kisses.</div>

<div class="text-justify">This week's focus was make-up. I couldn't more proud. You showed a great job with all your dedication and love in your make-ups and style. You took the risk of going out of your comfort zone. There was some improvement in this category.


However, I need to address some details. Having more than one make-up for the entries varying the difficulty and elements of each, makes the main concept harder to grasp. I would recommend to stay on one idea and make it shine! 

On the other hand, by trying to include techniques such as social glam and artistic make-up, it seems it was harder to achieve the desired results. On a final note, remember that accessories and hair dressing should be in harmony with the whole concept you decide to show during each challenge.

My best wishes for you in the forthcoming weeks. ⭐ Let's keep learning and growing on each challenge.</div>

However, there are some communication issues we need to analyse. Among these, we have the creation of a concept. Photo sessions are usually based on a concept. This is usually just one which goes along with the images and text. This means that reading the text should give us some more valuable context or information about the photos. These elements depend on each other. They can't go on different directions. I hope to see yout communication skills improve even more on the coming challenges ☺️. As previously stated, the organizing team will announce any updates and/or modifications to the rules in case it is necessary to keep the contest fair and organized. This week we haven't made any update, but we want to remind you the following:

✔️ Enrollments are closed. We didn't expect this number of contestants. To keep the contest running smoothly, we have decided to close the enrollments. We hope more people can join next time.

✔️ During the first week of the challenges, there were some issues about the scores on the entries, so we have decided to show you some of the factors that will subtract points:



#

.Being late with your tweet. -0,25

.Not posting in the community or not having the correct title in your post. -0,25

. Missing the tags in your post or tweet. -0,25

.Missing the link sources for images and music used in your posts. -0,5

.Not having the minimum of words (if the challenge demands a minimum of words) -0,25

.Publishing after the deadline. -0,5

-  Publishing after the deadline (we suggest keeping an eye for the timetable to deliver your entry. Try doing it with plenty of time to work. This way you can avoid being catched on any Dapp related problem).

- The organizing team will announce any other item if deemed necessary. 

DISCLAIMER:Any contestant who wants to drop out of the contest should say so on the Telegram chat. On the case they don't want to publish the weekly challenge, they can publish it during the recovery week.
