The source was definitely there last night. The post is definitely fraudulent.
Anyway, there is also a fraud found in other of your posts:

Again, some of our content is owned through private label rights like we said before. We have a paid account that grants us permission to use and reproduce the content as we see fit. 

Most of our content is written by us as it pertains to other parts of our business. If Hive is not okay with using PLR content, that is okay, we will not use it again. It's very likely the source you pulled from also has the PLR rights to it.
