I was recently diagnosed with colon cancer and began a trial Immunotherapy drug immediately after surgery. My wife was pulled over on her way to work for swerving.   They gave her a urinalysis and found non psychactive mj metabolites in her sample and they charged her with DUI.   She had taken LEGAL CBD the night before.   I represented her in court and was able to get the charges dropped.   The DA had no idea how to read a toxicology report or the legal status of CBD.
