用繪畫調整內心思緒。盤景畫（上集）

今早起床後，內心思路有點混亂，故此想用畫圖來調整情緒。打開查看繪畫博客群的今天繪畫主題，題目為 Bend 扭曲，腦海裡便想到「盤景樹」。

我從從早上六時半一直畫至七時半，一邊繪畫，思緒仍然很急速，內心很想「快快畫完這畫」，到中段時，心裡不段浮現「畫太久了，要開始下一樣工作了~ 快快完成吧~」

原本打算繪畫來調整情緒，結果反而弄至情緒更急速。故此，暫時停一停下來，今晚下班後，再完成餘下部份。

我已有二十多年沒有繪畫，以往只是中學時期的美術科功課。大約半年前，認識了一班愛繪畫的博客，因而便重新拾起「原子筆」，開始畫圖畫。我特意選「原子筆」作為我的畫具，主要因為原子筆畫在繪畫過程很難改錯，故每一筆也要想得很清楚，一邊繪畫，一邊可以訓練自己的內心情緒及意志。
