 My Answer --------------------- Just recently Dlive team come out a survey to get feedback on how to improve Dlive. In my opinion the only thing that really need to improve is the steemian mentality . 2 factor have change how thing run in Dlive . number 1 is vote selling number 2 is 7 days payout limit How it affect Dlive? ----------------------------- vote selling ------------------ The vote selling have cause most steemian do be less interact . It is consider smart to sell upvote than to upvote someone post because when you sell upvote , you get SBD as well. 7 days payout limit ------------------------ The 7 days payout is not easy before vote selling happen . Now with vote selling , this just make recovering cost even harder. The end result ----------------------------------------- When this two factor combine , what you get is people creating something that will caught people attention for a short period of time and than it will be forgotten . What Dlive want people view it as ? --------------------------------------------------- This is a very important question . Do it want to have more video that make people come back to watch video that is a few years old or have video that after a short while, nobody come to watch ?  Take my youtube channel for example . My video after a few years will still have people come back to watch because it have the value that will make viewer in the future to watch . What keep me from uploading my numismatic video on Dlive ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- While youtube monetization is not easy to get but i know i will eventually cover my cost to create the video as long as people go and watch it . Here in steemit not everyone will appreciate my video , I don't blame them because it is not everyone tea . Due of the 7 days time limit and numismatic been not everyone cup of tea, it will be risky for me to upload to Dlive to expect people to upvote it . i also understand Dlive will upvote some video but there is only so much Dlive can upvote , it still need the other viewer to personally upvote it . Conclusion ----------------- I believe Dlive have done well so far however regarding how well it will do in future is now depend on the steemit user mentality .
